Claims (15)
- 車両座席構造、車両座席又は車両座席ベンチを製造する方法であって、
フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)及び補強リブ(6.1)及び吸収リブ(6.2)が、少なくとも1つの背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)に形成され、
構造的挿入要素が、前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)及び/又は前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)の中又は上に配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)及び前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)は、同一の熱可塑性の繊維補強樹脂から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)及び前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)は、表面を溶かして、その後、互いに結合することによって、樹脂から樹脂へと互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)は、前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)の周囲に延びて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)及び/又は前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)の熱可塑性の樹脂によって少なくとも複数の領域において包み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、金属材料から又は繊維複合体から成る半製品から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 製造工程の間に、積載開口の領域(4.1)が構築されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、構造的支持要素(3.1)として、及び対応して形成される構造的被覆要素(3.3)として形成されて、前記フレーム構造(1.1、1.2)に一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、ベルト接続構造的要素(15)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、トリム導管(8)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、肘掛け受容部(14)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的挿入要素は、背もたれ枢動支持領域(12)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのトリムフック(10)が、前記背もたれ外郭構造(2.1、2.2)の前側に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのブシュ(13)が、前記車両座席構造の中に圧入されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 他の構造的要素が、接続手段(16)によって前記車両座席構造に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載の方法。
