Claims (26)
- 可撓性基板と、
前記可撓性基板の表面上の電気回路と備え、
前記電気回路は、前記表面の領域を包囲する環状ヒータートレース、前記領域内に配置された第1熱センサ、前記環状ヒータートレースの外側に配置された第2熱センサ、前記環状ヒータートレースの外側に配置された複数の電気パッド、及び、前記第1及び第2センサと前記ヒータートレースとを前記複数の電気パッドに接続する複数の導電トレースを含むことを特徴とする温度装置。 - 前記可撓性基板の複数のセクションが折り重ねられて、前記複数のセクションの間に、第1及び第2熱センサが互いに近接して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度装置。
- 前記折り重なったセクション間に配置されると共に、前記第1及び第2熱センサを分離する可撓性絶縁体の層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の温度装置。
- 可撓性基板と、
前記基板の第1セクションに配置された第1熱センサと、
前記第1熱センサを有する前記第1セクションに配置されたヒータートレースと、
前記基板の第2セクションに配置された第2熱センサと、
前記基板の第3セクションに配置された複数の電気パッドと、
前記第1及び第2熱センサと前記ヒータートレースとを前記複数の電気パッドに接続する、前記基板上の複数のトレースと、
前記第1及び第2熱センサが離隔関係に配置されるように、折り重なった形態に配置された前記第1及び第2セクションと、
前記第1及び第2熱センサの間に配置された可撓性絶縁体と、を備えることを特徴とする温度装置。 - 前記第1及び第2熱センサ並びに前記ヒータートレースが前記可撓性基板の第1側部に配置され、当該温度装置が、前記第1セクションに亘って前記可撓性基板の第2側部上に配置された可撓性絶縁体をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第3セクションと実質的に同様に延びる、前記可撓性基板の前記第2側部に配置された可撓性補強部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第3セクションの電気接続調節鍵部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第1セクション内にスリットパターンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の温度装置。
- 前記スリットパターンが、前記ヒータートレースによって占められた複数のヒーター領域を定めることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の温度装置。
- 前記ヒーター領域が円錐形状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の温度装置。
- 前記各ヒーター領域は、他のヒーター領域と独立して折り曲げ可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第1及び第2セクションが結合するところに、前記第2セクションの幅狭部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第1及び第2セクションが結合するところに、前記第2セクションの幅狭部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の温度装置。
- 第1側部及び第2側部を有し、且つ、円形中央セクション、前記中央セクションと連続すると共に前記中央セクションから第1放射方向に延びるタブ、及び、前記中央セクションと連続すると共に前記中央セクションから第2放射方向に延びるテール部を含む可撓性基板と、
前記第1側部上で実質的に前記中央セクションの中心に配置された第1熱センサと、
前記第1側部上で前記中央セクション内の前記第1熱センサの周りに配置されたヒータートレースと、
前記第1側部上で前記テール部内に配置された第2熱センサと、
前記第1側部上で前記タブ内に配置された複数の電気パッドと、
前記第1側部上に配置されると共に、前記第1及び第2熱センサと前記ヒータートレースとを前記複数の電気パッドに接続する、複数のトレースと、
前記第1及び第2熱センサを離隔関係に配置するように折り重ねられた、前記中央セクション及び前記テール部と、
前記折り重ねられた中央セクションとテール部との間に配置された可撓性絶縁体の層と、を備えることを特徴とする温度装置。 - 前記第2側部に取り付けられ、前記タブ及び前記中央セクションの一部と同様に延びる可撓性補強層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の温度装置。
- 前記第2側部及び前記補強層の一部に取り付けられた、前記中央セクションと同様に延びる可撓性絶縁体の層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の温度装置。
- 前記タブに電気接続調節鍵部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の温度装置。
- 前記ヒータートレースが配置される前記中央セクション内にスリットパターンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の温度装置。
- 前記スリットパターン及び前記ヒータートレースが、複数領域のヒーターを定めることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の温度装置。
- 前記複数領域のヒーターは、複数の円錐形領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の温度装置。
- 前記各領域は、他の領域に対して独立して折り曲げ可能であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の温度装置。
- 前記テール部が前記中央セクションに結合するところに、前記テール部の幅狭部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の温度装置。
- 前記中央セクション及び前記テール部が折り重なるところに、前記テール部の幅狭部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の温度装置。
- 温度装置の製造方法であって、
中央セクション、前記中央セクションから延びるタブ及び前記中央セクションから延びるテール部を有する可撓性基板の第1側部に電気回路を形成するステップであって、前記電気回路は、前記第1側部上で前記中央セクション内に配置された第1熱センサ、前記第1側部上で前記中央セクション内の前記第1熱センサの周りに配置されたヒータートレース、前記第1側部上で前記タブ内に配置された複数の電気パッド、及び、前記第1側部上に配置されると共に前記第1及び第2熱センサと前記ヒータートレースとを前記複数の電気パッドに接続する複数のトレースを含む、ステップと、
前記中央セクションに亘って、第2側部に可撓性ヒーター絶縁層を取り付けるステップと、
前記中央セクションに亘って、前記第1側部に可撓性中央絶縁層を取り付けるステップと、
前記中央絶縁層上に前記テール部を折り曲げるステップと、
前記中央絶縁層及び前記テール部に亘って、前記中央絶縁層に取り外しライナーを有する接着層を取り付けるステップと、を含む方法。 - 複数のヒーター領域に前記ヒータートレースを形成するステップと、
前記中央セクション内にスリットパターンを形成するステップであって、前記各スリットが1つのヒーター領域を隣接するヒーター領域から分離させる、ステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。 - 前記タブ及び前記中央セクションの一部と同様に延びる可撓性補強層を前記第2側部に取り付けるステップと、これに続いて、前記中央セクション及び前記補強層の一部に亘って、前記可撓性ヒーター絶縁層を前記第2側部に取り付けるステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
