Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁電線1の製造方法は、0.30wt%以上0.39wt%以下の錫及び不可避不純物を含有する銅合金を直径0.21mm±0.008mmに細線加工する第1工程と、第1工程にて得られた細線を焼き鈍しによって引張強さ300MPa以上400MPa以下に調質する第2工程と、第2工程を経た7本の細線を、撚りピッチ15mm±6mmで撚り合わせる第3工程と、を備える。

Claims (2)
- 0.30wt%以上0.39wt%以下の錫及び不可避不純物を含有する銅合金を直径0.21mm±0.008mmに細線加工する第1工程と、
前記第1工程にて得られた細線を焼き鈍しによって引張強さ300MPa以上400MPa以下に調質する第2工程と、
前記第2工程を経た7本の細線を、撚りピッチ15mm±6mmで撚り合わせる第3工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする絶縁電線の製造方法。 - 前記第3工程を経て得られた撚線に対して、発煙温度170度のポリ塩化ビニル樹脂組成物を厚さ0.27mm以上0.35mm以下にて絶縁被覆し、仕上り外径を1.2mmとする第4工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする絶縁電線の製造方法。
