Abstract
【解決手段】この穀物類の水分調節方法は、殻皮付きの全粒穀物を搬入した処理槽内を排気する減圧工程と、処理槽内に蒸気を注入することによって処理槽内の残存空気を希釈化する復圧工程と、処理槽内の空気を排出することによって処理槽内の真空度を上げる再脱気工程と、処理槽内に飽和蒸気を注入することによって処理槽内の全粒穀物の品質を落とさない(全粒穀物に含まれた栄養素が消失しない)温度まで全粒穀物を加熱する昇温工程と、前記飽和蒸気が全粒穀物の殻被に付着することによって凝縮水に液化し、該凝縮水を殻被の内面に浸透させる結露工程と、処理槽内を大気圧に戻す最終工程とを含んでいる。

Claims (6)
- 殻皮付きの全粒穀物を搬入した処理槽内を排気する減圧工程と、処理槽内に飽和蒸気を注入することによって処理槽内の全粒穀物の品質を落とさない温度まで全粒穀物を加熱する昇温工程と、前記飽和蒸気が全粒穀物の殻被に付着することによって凝縮水に液化し、該凝縮水を殻被の内面に浸透させる結露工程と、処理槽内を大気圧に戻す最終工程とを含んでいることを特徴とする穀物類の水分調節方法。
- 前記減圧工程の後に、処理槽内に蒸気を注入することによって処理槽内の残存空気を希釈化する復圧工程と、処理槽内の気体を排出することによって処理槽内の真空度を上げる再脱気工程とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穀物類の水分調節方法。
- 前記昇温工程では、処理槽内の全粒穀物を65℃以下に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の穀物類の水分調節方法。
- 前記昇温工程では、処理槽内の全粒穀物を20℃以上の温度差で加熱することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の穀物類の水分調節方法。
- 前記昇温工程では、処理槽内の全粒穀物を0℃以上から昇温させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の穀物類の水分調節方法。
- 殻皮付きの全粒穀物を搬入した処理槽内を排気し、処理槽内に飽和蒸気を注入することによって処理槽内の全粒穀物の品質を落とさない温度まで全粒穀物を加熱し、前記飽和蒸気が全粒穀物の殻被に付着することによって凝縮水に液化し、該凝縮水を殻被の内面に浸透させ、殻被の内外面を結露させた後に処理槽内を大気圧に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする穀物類の水分調節システム。
