Abstract
【解決手段】スイブルアクチュエータは、駆動モータ、一端は駆動モータと連結され、他端はベースに設けられた回転安着部に回転可能に連結され、駆動モータの回転動力に連動回転する外周面にネジ山が形成されたリニアスクリューシャフト、上側に突出形成される突起部と、リニアスクリューシャフトとギア結合される雌ねじ部が形成されたリニアスクリューシャフト結合孔を備え、リニアスクリューシャフトの回転によりリニアスクリューシャフトの長さ方向に往復移動するナット部材、一端は突起部と回転可能に結合され、他端は回転相手物と連結されるレバー部材、及び突起部の外周面に突出形成され、レバー部材に弾性復原力を作用してナット部材とレバー部材との結合を維持させる弾性部材を含む。

Claims (9)
- 駆動モータ、
前記駆動モータの回転動力に連動回転するリニアスクリューシャフト、
前記リニアスクリューシャフトの回転により前記リニアスクリューシャフトの長さ方向に往復移動するナット部材、
一端は、前記ナット部材と回転可能に結合され、他端は、回転相手物と連結されるレバー部材、及び
前記ナット部材とレバー部材との結合位置に配置され、前記レバー部材に弾性復原力を作用して前記ナット部材とレバー部材との結合を維持させる弾性部材、を含むことを特徴とする、スイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記リニアスクリューシャフトは、
外周面にネジ山が形成され、一端は、前記駆動モータの回転軸と連結され、他端は、ベースに設けられた回転安着部に回転可能に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナット部材は、
上側に突出形成される突起部、及び
前記リニアスクリューシャフトとギア結合される雌ねじ部が形成されたリニアスクリューシャフト結合孔、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記弾性部材は、
前記突起部の外周面に突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記弾性部材は、
ゴム部材、テンションリーブ、及び板バネのいずれか一つで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記弾性部材は、
前記突起部の先端に近接した位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記レバー部材は、
前記突起部の対向面に、前記突起部が回転可能に安着する突起安着溝が形成されたヘッドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記突起部は、円筒形に形成され、
前記ヘッドの突起安着溝は、前記突起部の径と対応する幅を有し、少なくとも2箇所のオープンされた開口部及び前記突起部をグリップする一対の側壁を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。 - 前記弾性部材は、
前記側壁の対向面に突出することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のスイブルアクチュエータ。
