Abstract
【解決手段】光学モジュールの遮断機構5は、ハウジング100と、電機子抵抗を備え、光ビームの遮断シールドを移動させるように構成された駆動モータを備え、前記ハウジング100はプラスチック材料から形成されており、前記電機子抵抗は、25〜120オームである。モータは、遮断シールドを駆動するのには十分なトルク、遮断機構のために光学モジュール内で利用し得る空間に合う寸法を呈する。

Claims (12)
- 光学モジュールにおける遮断機構(5)は、
ハウジング(100)と、
電機子抵抗を有し、光ビームの遮断シールド(10)を移動させるように構成された駆動モータ(30)と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング(100)はプラスチック材料から形成されており、前記電機子抵抗は、25〜120オームである、遮断機構。 - 前記電機子抵抗は、40〜90オームである、請求項1の遮断機構。
- 前記電機子抵抗は、実質的に55オームである、請求項1または2に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記モータ(30)は少なくとも3つのコイルを備えている、請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記遮断機構(5)は前記遮断シールドを含んでいる、請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記モータ(30)のピニオン(31)がギア(14)を介して前記遮断シールドを駆動し、前記遮断シールドの回転角は、前記ピニオンの回転角よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記モータ(30)の前記ピニオン(31)と前記ギアとのギア比は、1/5から1/2である、請求項6に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記遮断シールド(10)は、主に第1の面内で拡がっており、前記遮断シールド(10)は、当該遮断シールドの回転軸に平行な軸にしたがって前記第1の面に対して回転させてなる傾斜部分(71)を備えている、請求項5〜7いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記遮断シールド(10)は、垂直姿勢と傾斜姿勢との間で少なくとも75°の回転を行うように構成されている、請求項5〜8いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記モータは、26mmよりも大きい長さを備えている、請求項1〜9いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 前記モータは、21mmよりも大きい直径を備えている、請求項1〜10いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構。
- 請求項1〜11いずれか1項に記載の遮断機構(5)を備えた光学モジュール。
