Abstract
【解決手段】無段変速機構と摩擦締結要素とからなる無段変速機の制御装置であって、車両の走行状態において駆動力源を停止するコーストストップ制御中、摩擦締結要素が伝達可能な伝達トルク容量を、プーリの挟持力によりベルトが伝達可能なトルクであるベルト容量よりもよりも低減させる制御部を備える。

(b):ブレーキペダルが踏み込まれている(ブレーキセンサ47がON)
(c):車速が所定の低車速(例えば、15km/h)以下
(d):ロックアップクラッチが解放されている
なお、これらの条件は、言い換えると運転者に停車意図があることを判断する条件である。

Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載され、プーリに供給される油圧により挟持されるベルトの巻掛け径を変更して変速比を変更可能な無段変速機構と、前記無段変速機構に接続され、駆動力源の駆動力を駆動輪へと断続可能に伝達する摩擦締結要素とを備える無段変速機の制御装置であって、
車両の走行状態において前記駆動力源を停止するコーストストップ制御中、前記摩擦締結要素が伝達可能なトルクである伝達トルク容量を、前記プーリの挟持力により前記ベルトが伝達可能なトルクであるベルト容量よりも低減させる制御部を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記無段変速機構への入力トルクを検知又は予測した場合、前記伝達トルク容量を前記ベルト容量よりも低減させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記伝達トルク容量を前記ベルト容量よりも低減させるときに、前記摩擦締結要素がトルクを伝達不能な状態となるまで前記伝達トルク容量を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記摩擦締結要素がトルクを伝達不能な状態となるまで前記摩擦締結要素の締結力を減少させた後、前記無段変速機構への入力トルクよりも伝達トルク容量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記無段変速機構への入力トルクが前記ベルト容量よりも大きい場合、前記伝達トルク容量を、前記ベルト容量よりも小さくすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記伝達トルク容量を、前記ベルト容量よりも僅かに小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記無段変速機構への入力トルクが検知又は予測されない場合、前記伝達トルク容量の低減を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記伝達トルク容量が前記ベルト容量よりもよりも小さい場合、前記伝達トルク容量の低減を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
