Abstract
【解決手段】蒸気発生装置30は、所定の水位の水を貯えて蒸気を発生させる蒸気発生容器31と、蒸気発生容器31内に設けられて内部に燃焼ガスを通過させるようにして周囲の水を加熱する筒形状の熱交換器34とを備え、熱交換器34内には燃焼ガスを熱交換器34の内周面に沿って通過させるようにした燃焼ガスガイド41を設けた。

Claims (6)
- 所定の水位の水を貯えて蒸気を発生させる蒸気発生容器と、
前記蒸気発生容器内に設けられて内部に燃焼ガスを通過させるようにして周囲の水を加熱する筒形状の熱交換器とを備えた蒸気発生装置において、
前記熱交換器内には前記燃焼ガスを前記熱交換器の内周面の下部から上部に沿って通過させるようにした燃焼ガスガイドを設けたことを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。 - 請求項1に記載の蒸気発生装置において、
前記燃焼ガスガイドは耐熱性の高く熱伝導性の低いセラミック材よりなることを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の蒸気発生装置において、
前記燃焼ガスガイドは前記筒形状の熱交換器内の内周面との間に前記燃焼ガスの通路となる隙間を設けて同心的に挿通された筒形状をしていることを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。 - 請求項3に記載の蒸気発生装置において、
前記燃焼ガスガイドは前記熱交換器内の水平方向の断面積において50%以下を閉塞させて前記燃焼ガスの通路を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の蒸気発生装置において、
前記燃焼ガスガイドの外周には周方向に沿って3箇所以上に突部を設けたことを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。 - 請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載の蒸気発生装置において、
前記筒形状をした燃焼ガスガイドの下部には前記燃焼ガスガイド内に燃焼ガスを導入して内部が負圧となるのを防ぐ貫通孔を形成したことを特徴とする蒸気発生装置。
