Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る発光装置は、第1の面上に金属膜3(3a〜3d)を有する基板1と、基板1の第1の面上に搭載され、金属膜3に接続された発光素子2と、基板1の第1の面上に搭載され、金属膜3に接続された熱感知電流遮断器11a、11bと、熱感知電流遮断器11a、11bを覆い、発光素子2から発せられて熱感知電流遮断器11a、11bへ向かう光を遮る遮光カバー12a、12bと、基板1の第1の面と反対側の第2の面に形成され、基板1の熱を放熱する放熱部材と、を有する。

Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る発光装置の上面図である。図2は、図1の線分A−Aにおいて切断された発光装置の垂直断面図である。
第2の実施の形態は、熱感知電流遮断器の構成において第1の実施の形態と異なる。第1の実施の形態と同様の点については、説明を省略又は簡略化する。
第3の実施の形態は、熱感知電流遮断器の構成において第1の実施の形態と異なる。第1の実施の形態と同様の点については、説明を省略又は簡略化する。
上記実施の形態によれば、熱感知電流遮断器を発光基板が搭載される基板の表面に形成することにより、裏面に大面積の放熱部材を設置し、発光装置の放熱性能を向上させることができる。また、熱感知電流遮断器を遮光カバーで覆うことにより、熱感知電流遮断器が発光素子からの直接光を吸収して回路を切断することを防止できる。

Claims (4)
- 第1の面上に金属膜を有する基板と、
前記基板の前記第1の面上に搭載され、前記金属膜に接続された発光素子と、
前記基板の前記第1の面上に搭載され、前記金属膜に接続された熱感知電流遮断器と、
前記熱感知電流遮断器を覆い、前記発光素子から発せられて前記熱感知電流遮断器へ向かう光を遮る遮光カバーと、
前記基板の前記第1の面と反対側の第2の面に形成され、前記基板の熱を放熱する放熱部材と、を有する発光装置。 - 前記熱感知電流遮断器は、接触型コネクタを介して前記金属膜に接続される温度ヒューズである、
請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記熱感知電流遮断器は、両端が前記金属膜に接触し、前記両端の間に前記金属膜に接触しない凸部を有する導電板と、前記導電板の前記両端を前記金属膜に固定する可溶部と、前記導電板の前記凸部と前記金属膜との間に圧縮された状態で保持される弾性部と、前記導電板の前記凸部の底面の一部に接触するコンタクトピンと、を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記熱感知電流遮断器は、バイメタル又は形状記憶合金からなり、温度変化により変形する部材と、前記部材の変形前に前記部材と接触していて、変形後に接触しなくなる電極とを有する、
