Abstract
【解決手段】搭載された荷物を搬送可能な搬送台車100であって、駆動輪11と自在輪12とによって支持される車体フレーム1と、車体フレーム1に対して昇降可能に設けられて荷物が搭載される荷台3と、電動で伸縮駆動されて荷台3を昇降させる電動昇降シリンダ2aと、電動昇降シリンダ2aに供給される電流の電流値を検出する電流検出部31と、電動昇降シリンダ2aをパルス幅変調制御によって駆動するコントローラ30とを備え、コントローラ30は、荷台3を上昇させるときには、電流検出部31が検出した電流値が設定値を超えた場合に、電動昇降シリンダ2aに入力するオン−デューティ比を上昇させる。

Claims (4)
- 搭載された荷物を搬送可能な搬送台車であって、
車輪によって支持される車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームに対して昇降可能に設けられて荷物が搭載される荷台と、
電動で伸縮駆動されて前記荷台を昇降させる電動アクチュエータと、
前記電動アクチュエータに供給される電流の電流値を検出する電流検出部と、
前記電動アクチュエータをパルス幅変調制御によって駆動するPWM制御部と、を備え、
前記PWM制御部は、前記荷台を上昇させるときには、前記電流検出部が検出した電流値が設定値を超えた場合に、前記電動アクチュエータに入力するオン−デューティ比を上昇させることを特徴とする搬送台車。 - 前記PWM制御部は、前記電流検出部が周期的に検出した電流値が連続して前記設定値を超えた回数をカウントし、当該カウントが設定回数を超えた場合に、前記電動アクチュエータに入力するオン−デューティ比を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送台車。
- 前記設定値は、前記荷台に搭載された荷物が予め設定された重さの場合の電流値に設定され、
前記PWM制御部は、前記電動アクチュエータに入力するオン−デューティ比を、前記電流検出部が検出した電流値が前記設定値以下である場合には第一のオン−デューティ比とし、前記電流検出部が検出した電流値が前記設定値を超えた場合には前記第一のオン−デューティ比と比較して大きい第二のオン−デューティ比に上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の搬送台車。 - 前記PWM制御部は、前記荷台を下降させるときには、前記第一のオン−デューティ比にて前記電動アクチュエータを駆動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の搬送台車。
