Abstract

一种爬升载运车,具有车架,在车架的右端装有把手,在车架中装有移动横梁及其调节装置,车架底部装有支架,支架由一根横向布置的公共铰接轴和两个沿纵向并排布置于车架的前后两侧的“X”型支脚构成;所述“X”型支脚由通过公共铰接轴相互交叉铰接的撑杆A与撑杆B组成,撑杆B由两根分离的撑杆在铰接点相互组装而成,撑杆A的上端与移动横梁相铰接,撑杆B的上端与车架的左端相铰接;所述移动横梁的下侧装有万向轮,在撑杆A的下端及撑杆B的上下两端均装有定向轮;本发明结构简单、成本低、操作方便,实现了对货物的平地拖运货物和上下装卸以及搬运货物上下楼梯或陡坡,易于使用和推广。

一种爬升载运车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手推车,尤其是一种用于实现平地拖运货物和上下装卸货物以及搬运货物上下楼梯的爬升载运车。
背景技术
当前,普通手推车结构简单,功能单一,只能用于在平整的道路上拖运货物,当遇到货车需要人工卸货或需要搬运货物上下楼梯时,普通手推车起不到相应的辅助作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决普通手推车所存在的上述问题,为此提供一种用于实现平地拖运货物和上下装卸货物以及搬运货物上下楼梯的爬升载运车。
本发明的具体方案是:一种爬升载运车,具有车架,在车架的右端装有把手,其特征是:在车架中装有可沿车架纵向移动的移动横梁及其调节装置,车架底部装有支架,支架由一根横向布置的公共铰接轴和两个沿纵向并排布置于车架的前后两侧的“X”型支脚构成;所述“X”型支脚由通过公共铰接轴相互交叉铰接的撑杆A与撑杆B组成,撑杆B由两根分离的撑杆在铰接点相互组装而成,撑杆A的上端与移动横梁相铰接,撑杆B的上端与车架的左端相铰接;所述移动横梁的下侧装有万向轮,在撑杆A的下端及撑杆B的上下两端均装有定向轮。
本发明中所述调节装置包括调节手轮、传动杆和丝杆及与其相匹配的螺纹副,其中调节手轮连接传动杆,传动杆与丝杆通过万向节相连接,丝杆呈纵向安装于车架上,螺纹副固定在移动横梁上,并且螺纹副套装在丝杆上;所述把手通过快速锁紧销铰接于车架的右端,在把手上安装所述调节手轮。
本发明中所述移动横梁的两端装有与车架的前后侧边相对应的导向轮。
本发明的使用状态如下:
当需要对货物进行平地拖运时,操作方法如下:先松开快速锁紧销,将把手摇放至水平状态;然后,通过转动调节手轮,使得传动杆驱动丝杆转动,从而带动螺纹副向右移动,当螺纹副带动移动横梁平移至车架的右端时,两个“X”型支脚中的撑杆A与撑杆B均收拢呈一条直线,并且撑杆A与撑杆B端部的定向轮对车架起到支撑作用;最后,将把手与车架调整至便于拖运的夹角,并用快速锁紧销进行锁紧,此时将货物直接放在车架上,即可进行平地拖运。
当需要对货车上的货物进行卸货时,操作方法如下:首先,将车子移动至货车的尾端,并将把手摇放至水平状态,通过调节装置调节移动横梁在车架中的位置,控制两个“X”型支脚中的撑杆A与撑杆B的张开度,以抬高车架直至车架与货车的车体等高;然后,将货车中的货物水平搬运至车架上;接着,以相同的方法慢慢调节两个“X”型支脚中的撑杆A与撑杆B的张开度,使得车架逐渐下降,直至撑杆A与撑杆B均收拢呈一条直线,以便于对货物进行平地拖运。与此同时,采用相同的原理,可通过本发明所述的爬升载运车实现对货车上货物的装载作业。
当需要搬运货物上下楼梯或陡坡时,操作方法如下:首先,将把手摇放至水平状态,并将撑杆B下侧的一段撑杆拆除;然后,搬动本发明所述的爬升载运车,使得爬升载运车下侧的撑杆A斜靠在台阶或陡坡上;接着,通过调节装置调节移动横梁在车架中的位置,控制两个“X”型支脚中的撑杆A与撑杆B的张开度,直至车架保持水平状态;最后,将把手与车架调整至便于拖运的夹角,并用快速锁紧销进行锁紧,此时将货物直接放在车架上,即可拖动货物上下楼梯或陡坡。
本发明结构简单、成本低、操作方便,实现了对货物的平地拖运货物和上下装卸以及搬运货物上下楼梯或陡坡,易于使用和推广。

具体实施方式
参见图1-4,一种爬升载运车,具有车架1,在车架1的右端装有把手2,在车架1中装有可沿车架1纵向移动的移动横梁3及其调节装置,车架1底部装有支架4,支架4由一根横向布置的公共铰接轴4a和两个沿纵向并排布置于车架1的前后两侧的“X”型支脚4b构成;所述“X”型支脚4b由通过公共铰接轴4a相互交叉铰接的撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)组成,撑杆B(4b2)由两根分离的撑杆在铰接点相互组装而成,撑杆A(4b1)的上端与移动横梁3相铰接,撑杆B(4b2)的上端与车架1的左端相铰接;所述移动横梁3的下侧装有万向轮5,在撑杆A(4b1)的下端及撑杆B(4b2)的上下两端均装有定向轮6。
参见图4,本实施例中所述调节装置包括调节手轮7、传动杆8和丝杆9及与其相匹配的螺纹副10,其中调节手轮7连接传动杆8,传动杆8与丝杆9通过万向节11相连接,丝杆9呈纵向安装于车架1上的轴承座12上,其中轴承座12设有两个,分别用于固定安装丝杆9的首尾两端;螺纹副10固定在移动横梁3上,并且螺纹副10套装在丝杆9上;所述把手2通过快速锁紧销13铰接于车架1的右端,在把手2上安装所述调节手轮7。
本实施例中所述移动横梁3的两端装有与车架1的前后侧边相对应的导向轮14,使得移动横梁3在移动时与车架1的前后侧边之间以导向轮14滚动接触,以减小摩擦。
本发明的使用状态如下:
参见图1,当需要对货物进行平地拖运时,操作方法如下:先松开快速锁紧销13,将把手2摇放至水平状态;然后,通过转动调节手轮7,使得传动杆8驱动丝杆9转动,从而带动螺纹副10向右移动,当螺纹副10带动移动横梁3平移至车架1的右端时,两个“X”型支脚4b中的撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)均收拢呈一条直线,并且撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)端部的定向轮6对车架1起到支撑作用;最后,将把手2与车架1调整至便于拖运的夹角,并用快速锁紧销13进行锁紧,此时将货物直接放在车架1上,即可进行平地拖运。
参见图2,当需要对货车上的货物进行卸货时,操作方法如下:首先,将车子移动至货车的尾端,并将把手2摇放至水平状态,通过调节装置调节移动横梁3在车架1中的位置,控制两个“X”型支脚4b中的撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)的张开度,以抬高车架1直至车架与货车的车体等高;然后,将货车中的货物水平搬运至车架1上;接着,以相同的方法慢慢调节两个“X”型支脚4b中的撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)的张开度,使得车架1逐渐下降,直至撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)均收拢呈一条直线,以便于对货物进行平地拖运。与此同时,采用相同的原理,可通过本发明所述的爬升载运车实现对货车上货物的装载作业。
参见图3,当需要搬运货物上下楼梯或陡坡时,操作方法如下:首先,将把手2摇放至水平状态,并将撑杆B(4b2)下侧的一段撑杆拆除;然后,搬动本发明所述的爬升载运车,使得爬升载运车下侧的撑杆A(4b1)斜靠在台阶或陡坡15上;接着,通过调节装置调节移动横梁3在车架1中的位置,控制两个“X”型支脚4b中的撑杆A(4b1)与撑杆B(4b2)的张开度,直至车架1保持水平状态;最后,将把手2与车架1调整至便于拖运的夹角,并用快速锁紧销13进行锁紧,此时将货物直接放在车架1上,即可拖动货物上下楼梯或陡坡15。
