Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による流体動圧軸受アセンブリは、シャフトの上端が軸方向上側に突出されるように上記シャフトを支持し、上記シャフトとの間に潤滑流体が充填される軸受間隙を形成するスリーブと、上記スリーブの外周面の一部を包むように備えられるハウジングと、上記シャフトの上端部に結合され、一部は上記スリーブの上端部外側面と対面して一部は上記ハウジングの外側に配置されるように延長形成される延長壁部を備えるロータハブと、上記シャフトの下端部に、上記スリーブの下端に係止されるように半径方向外側に突出されるように備えられるストッパと、上記ハウジングの下端部に結合されるカバー部材と、上記スリーブと上記ハウジングとの間に備えられ、上記スリーブの下部を上記ハウジングの上端部と連通させる循環孔と、を含むことができる。

Claims (14)
- シャフトの回転軸方向の一方側の端が前記一方側に突出されるように前記シャフトを支持し、前記シャフトとの間に潤滑流体が充填される軸受間隙を形成するスリーブと、
前記スリーブの外周面の一部を囲むように備えられるハウジングと、
前記スリーブの前記回転軸方向の一方側の端部の外側面と対面する部分、および前記ハウジングの外側に配置される部分を有するように延長形成される延長壁部を備え、前記シャフトの前記一方側の端部に結合されるロータハブと、
前記シャフトの前記回転軸方向の他方側の端部に、前記スリーブの前記回転軸方向の他方側の端に係止されるように回転半径方向外側に突出されるように備えられるストッパと、
前記ハウジングの前記回転軸方向の他方側の端部に結合されるカバー部材と、
前記スリーブと前記ハウジングとの間に備えられ、前記スリーブの前記他方側の部分を前記ハウジングの前記回転軸方向の一方側の端部と連通させる循環孔と
を含む流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジング及び前記カバー部材は一体に備えられる請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 一体に備えられる前記ハウジング及び前記カバー部材はプレス成形により製造される請求項2に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記シャフト及び前記ロータハブは一体に備えられる請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記シャフトの外側面または前記スリーブの内側面には、前記シャフトの回転駆動時に流体動圧を形成するための、前記回転軸方向に沿って配置される一対のラジアル動圧溝が形成される請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブには、前記シャフトと前記スリーブとの間のうち、前記一対のラジアル動圧溝の間の軸受間隔と前記循環孔とを連通する連通孔が備えられる請求項5に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブの前記一方側の端部は周方向に面取り部が備えられ、
前記ロータハブにおいて前記面取り部と対面する部分は、前記面取り部に対応する形状に備えられる請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記延長壁部の内側面と前記ハウジングの外側面には、気液界面が形成される請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記ストッパの前記スリーブとの対向面及び前記スリーブの前記ストッパとの対向面のうち少なくとも一つには、スラスト流体動圧を発生させるための第1スラスト動圧溝が形成される請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記ロータハブの前記スリーブとの対向面及び前記スリーブの前記ロータハブとの対向面のうち少なくとも一つには、スラスト流体動圧を発生させるための第2スラスト動圧溝が形成される請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記循環孔は、前記スリーブの外側面に前記回転軸方向に形成される循環溝と前記ハウジングの内側面とにより形成される請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記循環孔は、前記スリーブの外側面を前記回転軸方向に切断した切断部と前記ハウジングの内側面とにより形成される請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブの前記一方側の端には、前記ハウジングの前記一方側の端部と対向するように外側に突出するフランジを備える請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から13の何れか一つに記載の流体動圧軸受アセンブリと、
前記ハウジングの外側方向に結合し、回転駆動力を発生させるためのコイルが巻線されるコアを備えるステータと
を含むスピンドルモータ。
