Abstract
【解決手段】セメントキルン排ガスG1〜G5中の塩化水素濃度を測定し、測定値に基づいてセメント焼成装置2の運転状況を調整することにより、セメントキルン排ガス中のダイオキシン類の生成を抑制する。塩化水素濃度の測定は、セメントキルン21のプレヒータ23出口から、セメントキルン排ガス中のダストを捕集する集塵機10の出口までの間で行うことことができる。セメント焼成装置の運転状況の調整は、キルンの窯尻における酸素濃度又は/及び一酸化炭素濃度の調整、プレヒータ出口における排ガス温度の調整、プレヒータやスタビライザー5での散水量の調整、廃棄物原燃料原単位の調整、並びにプレヒータ出口から集塵機入口間の脱塩化水素材の投入等により行うことができる。

Claims (3)
- セメントキルン排ガス中の塩化水素濃度を測定し、該測定値に基づいてセメント焼成装置の運転状況を調整することにより、該セメントキルン排ガス中のダイオキシン類の生成を抑制することを特徴とするセメントキルン排ガスの処理方法。
- 前記塩化水素濃度の測定は、セメントキルンのプレヒータの出口から、該セメントキルン排ガス中のダストを捕集する集塵機の出口までの間で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン排ガスの処理方法。
- 前記セメント焼成装置の運転状況の調整は、前記セメントキルンの窯尻における酸素濃度又は/及び一酸化炭素濃度の調整、前記プレヒータ出口における排ガス温度の調整、前記プレヒータでの散水量の調整、スタビライザーでの散水量の調整、廃棄物原燃料原単位の調整、並びに前記プレヒータ出口から前記集塵機入口間の脱塩化水素材の投入から選択された一以上により行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセメントキルン排ガスの処理方法。
