Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁外皮底板部15aと編組線底板部17aとに円形の穴からなる丸穴セレーション部18,22が形成され、一対の絶縁外皮圧着片15b、15cのいずれか一方と一対の編組線圧着片17b、17cのいずれか一方に円形の穴からなる丸穴セレーション部19,23が形成されることにより、同軸線の食い込みを強固にする。

Claims (2)
- 芯線と、この芯線の外周を絶縁内皮を介して覆う編組線と、この編組線の外周を覆う絶縁外皮とを有した同軸線の端末が接続される端子金具であって、
相手端子と接続される本体部と、前記同軸線が前記絶縁外皮を皮剥きされた状態で圧着される圧着部とが一体に形成され、
前記圧着部は前記絶縁外皮が圧着される絶縁外皮圧着部と、前記編組線が圧着される編組線圧着部とで形成され、
前記絶縁外皮圧着部は、絶縁外皮底板部と、この絶縁外皮底板部の両側から同方向に延設された一対の絶縁外皮圧着片とで形成され、
前記編組線圧着部は、編組線底板部と、この編組線底板部の両側から同方向に延設された一対の編組線圧着片とで形成され、
前記絶縁外皮底板部と前記編組線底板部とに円形の穴からなる丸穴セレーション部が形成され、前記一対の絶縁外皮圧着片のいずれか一方と前記一対の編組線圧着片のいずれか一方に円形の穴からなる丸穴セレーション部が形成されていることを特徴とする端子金具。 - 請求項1記載の端子金具であって、
前記一対の絶縁外皮圧着片の一方に前記丸穴セレーション部が形成され、前記一対の編組線圧着片の他方に前記丸穴セレーション部が形成され、前記丸穴セレーション部が形成された前記絶縁外皮圧着片が他方の絶縁外皮圧着片の下部側に位置し、前記丸穴セレーション部が形成された前記編組線圧着片が一方の編組線圧着片の下部側に位置した状態で圧着されることを特徴とする端子金具。
