Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮行程時において、排気弁19を開閉動作させる圧縮圧開放ブレーキが可能な内燃機関10の制御装置において、作動油の油圧により排気弁19を開閉動作させて圧縮圧開放ブレーキを作動させる排気弁開閉手段30と、作動油の油温を検出する油温検出手段26と、排気弁開閉手段30による圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動を制御する制御手段82とを備え、制御手段82は、油温検出手段26の検出値が所定の下限閾値未満の時は、排気弁開閉手段30による圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動を停止させる。

Claims (3)
- 圧縮行程時において、排気弁を開閉動作させる圧縮圧開放ブレーキが可能な内燃機関の制御装置において、
作動油の油圧により前記排気弁を開閉動作させて圧縮圧開放ブレーキを作動させる排気弁開閉手段と、
前記作動油の油温を検出する油温検出手段と、
前記排気弁開閉手段による圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記油温検出手段により検出される前記作動油の油温が所定の下限閾値未満の時は、前記排気弁開閉手段による圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動を停止させることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段はさらに、前記油温検出手段により検出される前記作動油の油温が所定の上限閾値を超えた時は、前記排気弁開閉手段による圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動を停止させる請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記油温検出手段は、前記排気弁開閉手段の油路に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
