Claims (2)
- 複数の気筒を有する内燃機関と、
前記複数の気筒にそれぞれ設けられて気筒内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射手段と、
前記燃料噴射手段による燃料噴射を前記内燃機関の運転状態に基づいて制御する燃料噴射制御手段と、
前記複数の気筒のうち少なくとも一つの気筒に設けられて、圧縮行程時に排気弁を開弁して圧縮圧開放ブレーキを作動させる排気弁開弁手段と、
前記排気弁開弁手段により圧縮圧開放ブレーキを作動させた時に、圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動の正常もしくは故障を判定する判定手段と、を備え、
前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記判定手段により圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動が故障と判定された時に、この故障と判定された気筒の燃料噴射を停止させると共に、前記判定手段により圧縮圧開放ブレーキの作動が正常と判定された気筒については燃料噴射を継続させることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記排気弁開弁手段は、前記複数の気筒にそれぞれ設けられる請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
