Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリパック19はバッテリセルを収容するバッテリケース20を含み、電動車両に対して着脱自在である。車体に設けられる端子台29に収容されるオス側端子に上方から接続されるバッテリケース側端子とを有する。端子台29の上面に形成された車体側係合部に上方から係合されるバッテリケース側係合部とを備える。車体側係合部は車体幅方向中心から一方側に偏って配置され、バッテリケース側係合部が、車体側係合部に適合可能なように、バッテリケース20の車幅方向一方側に偏って配置され、かつバッテリケース20の車体前後方向両端部に形成される。

Claims (8)
- 電動車両(1)の走行用電動モータ(21)へ電力供給するバッテリセルを収容するバッテリケース(20)を含み、電動車両(1)に対して着脱自在である電動車両用電源装置において、
車体に設けられる端子台(29)に収容される車体側端子(63)に上方から接続されるバッテリケース側端子(73)と、
前記端子台(29)の上面に形成された車体側係合部(59)に上方から係合されるバッテリケース側係合部(60)とを備え、
前記車体側係合部(59)が車体幅方向中心から一方側に偏って配置され、
前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)が、前記車体側係合部(59)に適合可能なように、車載状態でバッテリケース(20)の車幅方向一方側に偏って配置され、かつバッテリケース(20)の車体前後方向両端部に形成されていることを特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記車体側係合部(59)が係合凸部であり、前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)が前記係合凸部に適合する係合凹部であって、前記係合凸部および前記係合凹部には、互いを位置合わせするため、電動車両に対する前記バッテリケース(20)の着脱方向に平行に設けられた壁部(711)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両用電源装置。
- 前記端子台(29)には、前記車体側係合部(59)をなす係合凸部の裾部から該車体側係合部(59)が偏倚している側へ水平に張り出している棚(67)が形成されており、
前記車体側係合部(59)である係合凸部の頂部(59P)が前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)である係合凹部を形成する壁部の最上部内面に当接する仮置き姿勢において前記棚(67)の上面に前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)である係合凹部の下側開放端部が当接するように、前記係合凸部、前記係合凹部および前記棚(67)の位置および形状が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリケース(20)が、全体として略直方体の外形を有しており、前記略直方体の下面には、前記係合凹部の下部開放端部から該下面に隣接する面のうち、前記棚(67)が張り出している側に隣接する面に向けて上方斜めに延在する傾斜面(19c)を備え、
前記傾斜面(19c)が前記仮置き姿勢で前記棚(67)の上面に沿うように傾斜角度が決定されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記車体側係合部(60)が前記端子台(29)の上面の2箇所に設けられており、
前記端子台(29)が、前記2箇所の車体側係合部(60)の間に配置される車体側第2係合部(66)と、該車体側第2係合部(66)である係合凸部の頂部(66P)から前記2箇所の車体側係合部(60)に向けて水平に張り出している水平係合部(66E)とを備え、
前記バッテリケース(20)には、該バッテリケース(20)の下面が前記端子台(29)のベース(292)上面に沿った装着完了姿勢において、前記水平係合部(66E)の下面に上面が係合する壁部(713)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)である係合凹部が、前記バッテリケース(20)を前記仮置き姿勢から前記装着完了姿勢まで傾斜させる間の、前記係合凸部の頂部(59P)の移動軌跡に略一致する壁部分を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電動車両用電源装置。
- 前記バッテリケース(20)の下面には、前記装着完了姿勢において、前記端子台(29)の上面に設けられる突起部(29a)が嵌合する嵌合孔(75)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電動車両用電源装置。
- 前記端子台(29)および該端子台(29)に取り付けられたバッテリパックカバー(28)のうち、前記車体側係合部(59)および前記バッテリケース側係合部(60)が設けられている側とは車幅方向で反対側半分を覆うバッテリパックカバー(28)が車体に固定されており、
前記端子台(29)が、前記バッテリパックカバー(28)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電動車両用電源装置。
