Claims (11)

  1. 生物体へ浸透性物質を送達するための装置であって、該装置は、以下:
    a)該生物体の生体膜を選択された領域で穿孔して、該生物膜に直径1〜1000μmの微細穿孔を少なくとも1つ形成するための伝導性加熱固体エレメントであって、該選択された領域の組織結合水および他の気化物質の温度が該水および他の気化物質の気化点よりも上に上昇するように、該穿孔するための伝導性加熱固体エレメントが該選択された領域と実質的に物理的に接触することで、伝導によって該生体膜の該選択された領域に十分なエネルギーを送達することによって、該生体膜を切除し、それにより、該選択された領域の該選択膜を除去する、伝導性加熱固体エレメント;
    を備え、
    該伝導性加熱固体エレメントは、該伝導性加熱固体エレメントが接触する該領域の温度を前記気化点よりも高い温度へと昇温させる10ナノ秒から50ミリ秒以内の昇温サイクルと、それに続き該領域の温度を回復させる1ミリ秒から50ミリ秒以内の回復サイクルとを、1回以上繰り返すように構成されている、
    装置。
  2. 前記伝導性加熱固体エレメントと前記生物体との間の電気的インピーダンスをモニタリングする手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
  3. 前記モニタリングする手段によって得られる電気的インピーダンスに基いて、下記(A)〜(C)の操作のうちの少なくとも1つが行われるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
    (A)穿孔の深さを決定すること。
    (B)選択された電気的インピーダンスが得られるまで、加熱中の前記伝導性加熱固体エレメントが前記生物体の領域と接触するように、該伝導性加熱固体エレメントを前進させること。
    (C)該伝導性加熱固体エレメントを前記生物体の領域との接触から除去すること。
  4. 前記浸透性物質が、核酸、インスリン、インターフェロンおよびヘパリンからなる群から選ばれる物質である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
  5. 前記浸透性物質が、キャリアと結合する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
  6. 前記キャリアが、リポソームを含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
  7. 前記キャリアが、脂質複合体を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
  8. 前記キャリアが、微粒子を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
  9. 前記キャリアが、ポリエチレングリコール化合物を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
  10. 生物体内の分析物をモニタリングするための方法であって、
    (a)該生物体の生体膜の選択された領域に微細穿孔を形成し、それによって、該領域の生体膜の障壁特性を減少させる工程と、
    (b)前記領域の微細穿孔を通して、分析物を回収する工程と、
    (c)前記回収された分析物を定量する工程と、
    を有する、前記方法。
  11. 生物体内の分析物をモニタリングするための装置であって、
    (A)該生物体の生体膜の選択された領域に微細穿孔を形成し、それによって、該領域の生体膜の障壁特性を減少させるよう構成されたデバイスと、
    (B)前記領域の微細穿孔を通して、分析物を回収するデバイスと、
    (C)前記回収された分析物を定量するデバイスと、
    を有する、前記装置。
