Abstract
【解決手段】負荷4、負荷4を駆動する電動機3、及び電動機3を運転するインバータ2を含むシステムにおいて、本発明によるインバータ制御方法は、負荷4の負荷量がスリープレベル以下に減少すると、スリープ遅延だけ時間が経過するかを確認する段階と、スリープ遅延後も負荷4の負荷量がスリープレベル以下の場合、電動機3の運転周波数を変化させる段階と、電動機3の運転周波数の変化により負荷量のフィードバックが変化しない場合、インバータ2をスリープモードに移行させる段階とを含む。

(2)複数の電動機の運転周波数がスリープ条件を満たすスリープ周波数以下であること
(3)フィードバックが設定されたスリープレベルより低いこと(すなわち、負荷量が少ないこと)
(4)安定したシステムで遅延時間以上経過すること(負荷量の変化に対するバンドが存在すること)

Claims (7)
- 負荷、前記負荷を駆動する電動機、及び前記電動機を運転するインバータを含むシステムにおけるインバータ制御方法において、
前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベル以下に減少すると、スリープ遅延だけ時間が経過するかを確認する段階と、
スリープ遅延後も前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベル以下の場合、前記電動機の運転周波数を変化させる段階と、
前記インバータをスリープモードに移行させる段階と、
を含む、インバータ制御方法。 - 前記電動機の運転周波数の変化により前記負荷量のフィードバックが変化した場合、前記電動機の正常運転を行う段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御方法。
- 前記インバータをスリープモードに移行させる段階では、
前記電動機の運転周波数の変化により前記負荷量のフィードバックが変化しない場合、前記インバータをスリープモードに移行させる、請求項1又は2に記載のインバータ制御方法。 - スリープ遅延後に前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベルよりも増加している場合、前記電動機の正常運転を行う段階をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御方法。
- 負荷、前記負荷を駆動する電動機、及び前記電動機を運転するインバータを含むシステムにおけるインバータ制御方法において、
前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベル以下に減少すると、スリープ遅延だけ時間が経過するかを確認する段階と、
スリープ遅延後も前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベル以下の場合、前記電動機の運転周波数を加速し、前記負荷のフィードバックを所定レベルまで増加させる段階と、
前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベル以下の場合、前記インバータをスリープモードに移行させる段階と、
を含む、インバータ制御方法。 - 前記負荷のフィードバックが所定レベルまで増加し、前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベルよりも増加した場合、前記電動機の正常運転を行う段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のインバータ制御方法。
- スリープ遅延後に前記負荷の負荷量がスリープレベルよりも増加している場合、前記電動機の正常運転を行う段階をさらに含む、請求項5又は6に記載のインバータ制御方法。
