Abstract
【解決手段】うねり測定装置は、車輪1のボス穴1dを支持し、車輪1の中心軸を中心に回転する車輪受け台10と、ディスク2の摺動面2eに対向して配設され、車輪受け台10の回転に伴って摺動面2eの一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第1変位計21と、摺動面2e側の車輪1のリム面1eに対向して配設され、車輪受け台10の回転に伴ってリム面1eの一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第2変位計22と、第1変位計21から計測データを取得して摺動面2eの高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出するとともに、第2変位計22から計測データを取得してリム面1eの高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出し、両方の差の値同士の差をディスク2のうねりとして導出する演算器23と、を備える。

Description
鉄道車輪のボス穴を支持し、鉄道車輪の中心軸を中心に回転する車輪受け台と、
一方のブレーキディスクの摺動面に対向して配設され、車輪受け台の回転に伴って前記摺動面の一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第1変位計と、
前記摺動面側の鉄道車輪のリム面に対向して配設され、車輪受け台の回転に伴って前記リム面の一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第2変位計と、
第1変位計から計測データを取得して前記摺動面の高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出するとともに、第2変位計から計測データを取得して前記リム面の高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出し、算出した両方の差の値同士の差をブレーキディスクのうねりとして導出する演算器と、を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 鉄道車輪の板部を挟んで一対のブレーキディスクが対向配置され、そのブレーキディスクがボルトによって締結されてなるブレーキディスク付き鉄道車輪におけるブレーキディスクのうねり測定装置であって、
鉄道車輪のボス穴を支持し、鉄道車輪の中心軸を中心に回転する車輪受け台と、
一方のブレーキディスクの摺動面に対向して配設され、車輪受け台の回転に伴って前記摺動面の一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第1変位計と、
前記摺動面側の鉄道車輪のリム面に対向して配設され、車輪受け台の回転に伴って前記リム面の一周にわたる高さ変位を計測する第2変位計と、
第1変位計から計測データを取得して前記摺動面の高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出するとともに、第2変位計から計測データを取得して前記リム面の高さ変位の最大値と最小値の差を算出し、算出した両方の差の値同士の差をブレーキディスクのうねりとして導出する演算器と、
を備えた
ことを特徴とするブレーキディスク付き鉄道車輪におけるブレーキディスクのうねり測定装置。 - 前記第1変位計および前記第2変位計は、車輪受け台に支持された鉄道車輪の一方のブレーキディスクの摺動面側と他方のブレーキディスクの摺動面側に一組ずつ配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキディスク付き鉄道車輪におけるブレーキディスクのうねり測定装置。 - 前記第1変位計および前記第2変位計が反射型レーザー変位センサである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキディスク付き鉄道車輪におけるブレーキディスクのうねり測定装置。
