Abstract
【解決手段】第1ガラス板6及び第2ガラス板8を有する合わせガラス2と、その縁に設けられたシール部材4とを備えた自動車のシール部材付きウインドウガラス1であって、第1ガラス板6の縁部に形成された切欠部11と、第2ガラス板8の車内側面9の切欠部11に対応する部分に設けられた給電部12と、給電部12に接続された導線14と、第2ガラス板8の車内側面9の切欠部11に対応する部分において、第2ガラス板8の縁部に沿って延設された、平滑な表面22を有するスペーサ16とを有し、スペーサ16の表面が、第1ガラス板6の車内側面を外挿した仮想面上に配置され、シール部材4が、第1ガラス板6の車内側面の縁部に接着される共に、切欠部11においてスペーサ16の表面に接着されるようにした。

Claims (4)
- 第1ガラス板及び前記第1ガラス板の車外側に配置された第2ガラス板を有する合わせガラスと、前記合わせガラスの縁部に設けられたシール部材とを備えた自動車のシール部材付きウインドウガラスであって、
前記第1ガラス板の厚み方向に貫通するように前記第1ガラス板の縁部に形成された切欠部と、
前記第2ガラス板の車内側面に設けられた導電性パターンと、
前記第2ガラス板の車内側面の前記切欠部に対応する部分に設けられ、前記導電性パターンの端部が接続した給電部と、
前記給電部に接続された導線と、
前記第2ガラス板の車内側面の前記切欠部に対応する部分において、前記第2ガラス板の縁部に沿って延設され、その車内側を向く部分に平滑な表面を有するスペーサと
を有し、
前記スペーサの前記表面が、前記第1ガラス板の車内側面を外挿した仮想面上に配置され、
前記シール部材が、前記第1ガラス板の車内側面の縁部に接着される共に、前記切欠部において前記スペーサの前記表面に接着されていることを特徴とするシール部材付きウインドウガラス。 - 前記第2ガラス板、前記スペーサ及び前記切欠部の縁部によって画成された凹部にシーリング材が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール部材付きウインドウガラス。
- 前記スペーサは、長手方向において前記給電部に対応する部分に、前記給電部側から凹んだ幅狭部を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記幅狭部に対応する部分にシール側切欠部を有し、
前記導線は、前記シール側切欠部を通過して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール部材付きウインドウガラス。 - 前記スペーサの両端縁のそれぞれが、前記第1ガラス板の前記切欠部の壁面に当接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つの項に記載のシール部材付きウインドウガラス。
