Abstract

Claims (20)
- 熱源から第1の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第1の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第1の熱交換器、及び
前記第1の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第1の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第1の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと、
前記第1の作動流体から第2の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第2の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第2の熱交換器、及び
前記第2の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第2の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第2の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと、
前記第2の作動流体から第3の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第3の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第3の熱交換器、及び
前記第3の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第3の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第3の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと
を備える、廃熱回収システム。 - 前記第3の作動流体が、トルエン又はシクロヘキサンを含む、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記第3の作動流体が、シクロヘキサンか又はシクロヘキサンより低い溶解度を有する無極性有機溶媒を含み、前記溶解度が、ヒルデブランド溶解度パラメータで定量化される、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記第3の有機ランキンサイクルシステムが、前記第3の作動流体を、150℃以上の温度の前記第3の一体型発電モジュールに案内するように構成される、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記第3の作動流体から第4の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第4の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第4の熱交換器と、
前記第4の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第4の一体型発電モジュールと
を備える第4の有機ランキンサイクルシステムを備える、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。 - 前記第4の作動流体から第5の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第5の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第5の熱交換器と、
前記第5の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第5の一体型発電モジュールと
を備える第5の有機ランキンサイクルシステムを備える、請求項5記載の廃熱回収システム。 - 前記第3の一体型発電モジュールの下流の前記第3の作動流体の一部と、前記第3の作動流体から、第4の有機ランキンサイクルシステム内を循環する第4の作動流体に、熱を伝達するように構成された熱交換器の上流と、を冷却するように構成された凝縮器を、前記第3の有機ランキンサイクルシステムが備える、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 排気ガスを発生するように構成されたエンジンを備え、前記第1の熱交換器が、前記排気ガスから前記第1の作動流体に熱を伝達するように構成されたボイラーを備える、請求項1記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 熱源から第1の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第1の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第1の熱交換器、及び
前記第1の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第1の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第1の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと、
前記第1の作動流体から第2の作動流体に熱を伝達して前記第2の作動流体を気化させるように構成された第2の熱交換器、及び
前記第2の作動流体を膨脹させて発電するように構成された第2の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第2の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと、
前記第2の作動流体からシクロヘキサンに熱を伝達して前記シクロヘキサンを気化させるように構成された第3の熱交換器、及び
タービン及び永久磁石発電機を備える第3の一体型発電モジュール
を備える第3の有機ランキンサイクルシステムと
を備え、前記タービンが、前記シクロヘキサンを膨脹させ、前記永久磁石発電機を駆動して発電するように構成される、廃熱回収システム。 - 前記第2の作動流体がトルエンを含む、請求項9記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記タービン及び前記永久磁石発電機が、1つの単一筐体内に配置される、請求項9記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記永久磁石発電機がステータとロータとを備え、前記第3の一体型発電モジュールが、前記第3の作動流体を前記ステータと前記ロータとの間に案内するように構成される、請求項9記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記第3の作動流体が前記ステータの電気巻線と接触するのを阻止するために、前記永久磁石発電機が、前記ステータと前記ロータとの間に配置された保護層を備える、請求項12記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記保護層がポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項13記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 前記保護層が、前記永久磁石発電機内に配置されて前記ロータを取り囲むスリーブ構造を備える、請求項13記載の廃熱回収システム。
- 第1の作動流体を加熱し、膨脹させて、第1の一体型発電モジュール内で発電するために、第1の有機ランキンサイクルを介して前記第1の作動流体を循環させるステップと、
前記第1の作動流体から第2の作動流体に熱を伝達し、前記第2の作動流体を膨脹させて、第2の一体型発電モジュール内で発電するために、第2の有機ランキンサイクルを介して前記第2の作動流体を循環させるステップと、
前記第2の作動流体から第3の作動流体に熱を伝達し、前記第3の作動流体を膨脹させて、第3の一体型発電モジュール内で発電するために、第3の有機ランキンサイクルを介して前記第3の作動流体を循環させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の作動流体を循環させるステップが、排気ガスによって約400℃以上の温度に前記第1の作動流体を加熱するステップを含み、前記第2の作動流体を循環させるステップが、前記第1の作動流体によって約300℃以上の温度に前記第2の作動流体を加熱するステップを含み、前記第3の作動流体を循環させるステップが、前記第2の作動流体によって約200℃以上の温度に前記第3の作動流体を加熱するステップを含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第3の作動流体を循環させるステップが、約180℃以上の温度の前記第3の一体型発電モジュールに前記第3の作動流体を案内するステップを含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第3の作動流体を循環させるステップが、前記第3の一体型発電モジュールのステータとロータとの間に前記第3の作動流体を案内するステップを含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記第3の作動流体がシクロヘキサンを含む、請求項16記載の方法。
