Abstract
【解決手段】前記加熱帯と前記均熱帯間が無隔壁で、炉内ガスの一部を吸引して炉外に設けた脱酸素装置と除湿装置を有するリファイナに導入してガス中の酸素と水分を除去して露点を低下し、露点を低下したガスを炉内に戻すように構成された縦型焼鈍炉で、リファイナへのガスの吸引口を、均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部下部及び加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から鉛直方向距離が6m以下でかつ炉長方向距離が3m以下である領域を除く加熱帯及び/または均熱帯に配置し、リファイナから炉内へのガスの吐出口を均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部のパスラインより高い領域及び加熱帯の上部ハースロール中心の鉛直位置−2mより高い領域に配置する。

Description
ここで、加熱帯のガス吐出口の吐出幅W0は、加熱帯の最も入側に配置されたガス吐出口と、最も出側に配置されたガス吐出口の炉長方向の間隔である。
加熱帯と均熱帯間の隔壁の有無に関わらず、炉内状況(例えばRTや炉体シール部の破れ状況)によって炉内の露点分布は大きく異なることになるが、隔壁がある場合は、炉内のガス流れが隔壁により限定されるため、露点を効率よく低下させるのに必要なリファイナから戻るガスの吐出口、リファイナへのガスの吸引口の配置場所を規定しやすい。一方、隔壁が無い場合は、炉内のガス流れが複雑になるため、露点状況に応じてリファイナの吸引口・吐出口を変更する必要がある。特に吸引口は露点の高い場所に配置しないと、炉内の水分を効率よく除去することができず、所望の露点まで到達させることができなかったり、炉設備が長大になったりする。ガスの吸引口を複数箇所に設置することで、露点の高い場所のガスを効率よく吸引できるようになり、炉設備を長大化させずに、所望の露点まで到達させることができるようになる。
板厚0.8〜1.2mm、板巾950〜1000mmの範囲の鋼帯を用い、焼鈍温度800℃、通板速度100〜120mpmで出来る限り条件を統一した試験を行った。鋼帯の合金成分を表1に示す。

Claims (8)
- 鋼帯を上下方向に搬送する加熱帯、均熱帯及び冷却帯がこの順に配置され、前記均熱帯と前記冷却帯の連結部は炉上部に配置され、前記加熱帯と前記均熱帯間は無隔壁であり、炉外より雰囲気ガスを炉内に供給し、炉内ガスを加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から排出するとともに、炉内ガスの一部を吸引して炉外に設けた脱酸素装置と除湿装置を有するリファイナに導入してガス中の酸素と水分を除去して露点を低下し、露点を低下したガスを炉内に戻すように構成された縦型焼鈍炉であって、リファイナへのガスの吸引口を、均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部下部、及び、前記加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から鉛直方向距離が6m以下でかつ炉長方向距離が3m以下である領域を除く加熱帯及び/または均熱帯に配置し、リファイナから炉内へのガスの吐出口を、均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部のパスラインより高い領域、及び、加熱帯の上部ハースロール中心の鉛直位置-2mより高い領域に配置することを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- 加熱帯のガス吐出口の吐出幅W0は、加熱帯および均熱帯の炉幅Wに対して、W0/W>1/4を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
ここで、加熱帯のガス吐出口の吐出幅W0は、加熱帯の最も入側に配置されたガス吐出口と、最も出側に配置されたガス吐出口の炉長方向の間隔である。 - 前記均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部のガス吸引口は、均熱帯と冷却帯の連結部下部のガス流路が狭くなったところに配置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- ガスの吸引口を加熱帯及び/または均熱帯の複数箇所に配置し、当該複数箇所に配置したガスの吸引口近傍に炉内ガスの露点を測定する露点計の露点検出部を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- 前記冷却帯は、鋼帯を搬送するパスは1パスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- 焼鈍炉の下流に溶融亜鉛めっき設備を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- 溶融亜鉛めっき設備は、さらに亜鉛めっきの合金化処理装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉を用いて鋼帯を連続焼鈍する際に、加熱帯及び/または均熱帯に配置した露点計で炉内ガスの露点を測定し、露点が高い箇所に配置されたガスの吸引口から炉内ガスを優先して吸引することを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍方法。
