【解決手段】 結晶質カルシウムアルミネートと非晶質カルシウムアルミネートからなるカルシウムアルミネート65質量%以上と残部間隙物質からなるクリンカ粉末12〜35質量部、普通ポルトランドセメント100質量部、石膏類を該クリンカ粉末含有質量の0.5〜2倍相当量及びセメント用ポリマー9〜30質量部を含有する補修用ポリマーセメント系組成物。

・結晶質カルシウムアルミネート含有割合が82質量%のカルシウムアルミネート(76質量%)
・ゲーレナイト(14.5質量%)、
・チタン酸カルシウム(4.5質量%)、
・カルシウムアルミノフェライト(3質量%)
・アルミン酸マグネシウム(1.7質量%)。
C;普通ポルトランドセメント(太平洋セメント株式会社製)
D;超速硬セメント(太平洋セメント株式会社製、商品名;スーパージェットセメント)
E;II型無水石膏(ブレーン比表面積8000cm2/g)
F;スチレンブタジエンゴム系ポリマーディスパーション(商品名「太平洋CXB」、太平洋マテリアル社製)
G;アクリル系再乳化型粉末樹脂(アクゾノーベル社製)
H;細骨材(山形産硅砂)
I;凝結促進剤(炭酸リチウム、市販品)
J;凝結遅延剤(クエン酸、市販品)
[モルタル混練物の流動性の評価] 作製したモルタルについて、JIS R 5201に準拠した方法で、20℃の屋内でフロー値を測定した。その結果を表2に表す。

- 結晶質カルシウムアルミネートと非晶質カルシウムアルミネートからなるカルシウムアルミネート65質量%以上と残部間隙物質からなるクリンカ粉末12〜35質量部、普通ポルトランドセメント100質量部、石膏類を該クリンカ粉末含有質量の0.5〜2倍相当量及びセメント用ポリマー9〜30質量部を含有する補修用ポリマーセメント系組成物。
- セメント用ポリマーがゴムラテックスである請求項1記載の補修用ポリマーセメント系組成物。
- 請求項2記載の補修用ポリマーセメント系組成物を含有してなる道路補修材。
