Abstract
【解決手段】多成分カートリッジ用の分配デバイス1がハウジング2を含み、ハウジング2の内部にはカートリッジ端部を受け入れる受け入れ要素3が配置される。カートリッジ端部は、充填体で満たされた第1及び第2の貯蔵容器の入口側に配置され、第1及び第2の貯蔵容器は、それぞれのピストンによってカートリッジ端部でそれぞれ液密式に密閉される。プランジャ装置5とそれを移動させる駆動装置6とがハウジング2内に配置される。プランジャ装置5の分配方向の移動は、充填体を多成分カートリッジの貯蔵容器から分配するための駆動装置6によって行われる。受け入れ要素3に押し込まれたカートリッジ端部は、実質的に分配方向に平行に配置された回転軸線10のまわりの回転によって組み付け位置20から分配位置30に移される。

Claims (15)
- 多成分カートリッジ用の分配デバイス(1)であって、
前記分配デバイス(1)は、前記多成分カートリッジのカートリッジ端部を受け入れるための受け入れ要素(3)が内部に配置されたハウジング(2)を含み、
前記カートリッジ端部は、充填体で満たされた第1の貯蔵容器及び第2の貯蔵容器の入口側に配置され、前記第1の貯蔵容器及び第2の貯蔵容器は、それぞれのピストンによって前記カートリッジ端部でそれぞれ液密式に密閉され、
プランジャ装置(5)と、前記プランジャ装置(5)を移動させるための駆動装置(6)とが前記ハウジング(2)内に配置され、
前記プランジャ装置(5)の分配方向の移動は、前記多成分カートリッジの前記貯蔵容器から前記充填体を分配するための前記駆動装置(6)によって行うことができ、また
前記受け入れ要素が、実質的に前記分配方向に平行に配置された回転軸線(10)を有している
分配デバイス(1)において、
前記受け入れ要素(3)に押し込まれた前記カートリッジ端部は、前記回転軸線(10)のまわりの回転によって組み付け位置(20)から分配位置(30)に動かされることができることを特徴とする分配デバイス(1)。 - 前記組み付け位置(20)から前記分配位置までの回転角度が、実質的に90°である請求項1に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)が、案内要素(8)内に回転可能に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記案内要素(8)は、前記取り付け状態において前記ハウジング(2)内に配置され、また前記取り付け状態において前記ハウジング(2)に分離できないように接続される請求項3に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)が、前記ハウジング(2)内の前記案内要素(8)に回転可能に支持される請求項3又は4に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記案内要素(8)が、前記受け入れ要素(3)の溝(9)内に受け入れられることができる突起部(14)として形成されている請求項3から5までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジ端部及び前記受け入れ要素(3)の組み付け時に、前記第1の貯蔵容器及び前記第2の貯蔵容器の長手方向の軸線を、前記第2の貯蔵容器用の第2の開口部(13)と前記第1の貯蔵容器用の第1の開口部(12)との間の接続ラインに沿って移動させることができる請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)が、前記カートリッジ端部を受け入れるための案内溝(11)を有する請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)又は前記案内要素(8、9)が、前記組み付け位置(20)と前記分配位置(30)の間の回転を制限するために、アバットメント(15)を有する請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)が、前記多成分カートリッジを前記分配位置(30)及び/又は前記組み付け位置(20)に固定するためのアバットメント及び/又はラッチ要素を有し、特に前記分配位置(30)及び/又は前記組み付け位置(20)にラッチするためのラッチ要素を有する請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 使用者がラッチしたことを聞き取れるように、ラッチ時にクリック音を発することができる請求項10に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジ端部は、前記受け入れ要素(3)に挿入すること、及び前記受け入れ要素(3)から再び取り外すことが可能である請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記受け入れ要素(3)が、前記多成分カートリッジの前記貯蔵容器の正確な位置決めのためのコード化要素を有する請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記コード化要素が、前記多成分カートリッジのそれぞれの貯蔵容器を内部に受け入れ可能な第1の開口部(12)及び第2の開口部(13)を含み、前記第1の開口部(12)の直径が前記第2の開口部(13)の直径とは異なる請求項13に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記多成分カートリッジの分配端部の方向への前記プランジャ装置(5)の移動が、前記駆動装置(6)のトリガー・レバー装置(7)の作動によって行われる請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
