Abstract
Description
本発明は、乾燥剤収容器及び接着テープ用リールに関する。 The present invention relates to a desiccant container and an adhesive tape reel.
For example, an anisotropic conductive tape is known as an adhesive tape used for connecting members to be connected having a large number of electrodes and fixing a lead frame. In anisotropic conductive tape, for example, when connecting a semiconductor element such as an IC or LSI to a substrate such as a printed wiring board, a glass substrate for LCD, or a flexible printed board, the opposing electrodes are made conductive while the adjacent electrodes are connected to each other. The insulation state can be maintained. In such an adhesive tape, for example, an adhesive layer containing an adhesive component containing a thermosetting resin and conductive particles blended as necessary is formed on a substrate such as a polyethylene terephthalate film (PET). Thus, it is produced by cutting a sheet-shaped raw material into a long shape with a width according to the application.
The adhesive tape as described above is stored, transported, and used in a state of being wound around an adhesive tape reel including, for example, a winding core and a pair of side plates provided across the winding core. Conventionally, in an adhesive tape reel, a desiccant is contained in a bag containing the adhesive tape reel in order to suppress the so-called edge fusion phenomenon in which the resin composition of the adhesive tape protrudes to the outside in the wound body of the adhesive tape wound around the core. The method etc. which enclosed was adopted. For example, in
ところで、上述した接着テープには、数mm程度の細い幅のものもある。このような接着テープを巻き付ける接着テープ用リールでは、側板間の間隔が接着テープの幅に応じて狭くなっている。そのため、従来のような乾燥剤の収容手法を適用しようとすると、乾燥剤が接着テープ用リールから大きくはみ出し、袋内に接着テープ用リールと乾燥剤とをすっきり収容させることが困難であった。 Incidentally, some of the above-mentioned adhesive tapes have a narrow width of about several mm. In such an adhesive tape reel on which the adhesive tape is wound, the interval between the side plates is narrowed according to the width of the adhesive tape. Therefore, when applying a conventional desiccant accommodation method, the desiccant largely protrudes from the adhesive tape reel, and it is difficult to cleanly accommodate the adhesive tape reel and the desiccant in the bag.
本発明は、上記課題の解決のためになされたものであり、はみ出しを抑えた状態で接着テープ用リールにセットできる乾燥剤収容器を提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a desiccant container that can be set on an adhesive tape reel in a state in which the protrusion is suppressed.
In order to solve the above problems, the desiccant container of the present invention includes a winding core around which the adhesive tape is wound, and a pair of side plates provided with the winding core interposed therebetween, and a device for winding or feeding the adhesive tape. A desiccant container for use in an adhesive tape reel provided with a shaft hole through which the rotation shaft passes, and a body part having a hollow part in which the desiccant is accommodated, and having a shape that fits in the shaft hole; And a flange portion that comes into contact with the outer surface of the side plate when the body portion is disposed in the shaft hole.
In this desiccant container, when the drum portion in which the desiccant is accommodated is disposed in the shaft hole of the adhesive tape reel, the flange portion provided on the drum portion contacts the outer surface of the side plate of the adhesive tape reel. It comes into contact, and the collar portion is hooked on the outer surface of the side plate, so that the body portion can be held in a state of being accommodated in the shaft hole of the reel for adhesive tape. At this time, since only the flange portion along the outer surface of the side plate is located outside the reel for the adhesive tape, the protrusion of the desiccant container can be suppressed. Therefore, even when this desiccant container is set on an adhesive tape reel with a narrow space between the side plates, the adhesive tape reel can be clearly stored in the packaging bag.
また、胴部は断面円形状をなしていることが好ましい。この場合、より簡単に胴部を軸穴に嵌め込むことができる。 Moreover, it is preferable that the trunk | drum has comprised the cross-sectional circular shape. In this case, the body can be more easily fitted into the shaft hole.
また、鍔部は、胴部の一端側において、胴部の全周にわたって円環状に設けられていることが好ましい。この場合、鍔部が側板の外側面にしっかりと引っ掛かるので、軸穴内で胴部をより安定して保持できる。 Moreover, it is preferable that the collar part is provided in the annular | circular shape over the perimeter of the trunk | drum in the one end side of a trunk | drum. In this case, since the collar part is firmly hooked on the outer surface of the side plate, the body part can be held more stably in the shaft hole.
また、鍔部は、胴部の一端側において、胴部の一部から張り出していることが好ましい。この場合、鍔部の形状を簡単化できるので、乾燥剤収容器のコストを低減できる。 Moreover, it is preferable that the collar part protrudes from a part of trunk | drum in the one end side of a trunk | drum. In this case, since the shape of the collar part can be simplified, the cost of the desiccant container can be reduced.
また、胴部の他端側の壁部には、中空部と連通する複数の孔部が設けられていることが好ましい。この場合、吸込口と吐出口とが形成され、効果的な乾燥能力を発揮させることが期待できる。 Moreover, it is preferable that the wall part on the other end side of the body part is provided with a plurality of holes communicating with the hollow part. In this case, a suction port and a discharge port are formed, and it can be expected to exhibit an effective drying ability.
また、孔部は、壁部の外側から内側に向かうにつれて狭くなっていることが好ましい。この場合、内側から乾燥剤成分がこぼれ出すことによる製品への汚染防止を期待できる。 Moreover, it is preferable that a hole becomes narrow as it goes inside from the outer side of a wall part. In this case, it can be expected to prevent contamination of the product due to the desiccant component spilling out from the inside.
また、上記の乾燥剤収容器を軸穴にセットしてなる接着テープ用リールとすることができる。 Moreover, it can be set as the reel for adhesive tapes which sets said desiccant container to a shaft hole.
本発明によれば、はみ出しを抑えた状態で乾燥剤収容器を接着テープ用リールにセットできる。 According to the present invention, the desiccant container can be set on the reel for adhesive tape in a state in which the protrusion is suppressed.
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明に係る乾燥剤収容器の好適な実施形態について詳細に説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る乾燥剤収容器及びこれを適用する接着テープ用リールを示す斜視図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿った断面を示す図である。 Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a desiccant container according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a desiccant container and an adhesive tape reel to which the desiccant container according to one embodiment of the present invention is applied. FIG. 2 is a view showing a cross section taken along line II-II in FIG.
図1及び図2に示すように、乾燥剤収容器1は、接着テープ用リール21に用いられるものである。接着テープ用リール21は、異方導電テープ等の接着テープTが巻き付けられる巻芯22を有する第1の側板23と、巻芯22を挟んで第1の側板23と対向するように配置された第2の側板24と、を備えている。この接着テープ用リール21は、接着テープTを製造・供給・保存する際に用いられる。
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
First, the adhesive tape T will be described. The adhesive tape T is used, for example, as a connection material that performs electrical connection and mechanical fixation so as to keep the conductive state between the opposing electrodes and to keep the insulation between adjacent electrodes. The length of the adhesive tape T is usually about 50 m to 1000 m, and is 300 m or more in this embodiment. The width of the adhesive tape T is 0.5 mm to 10 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, more preferably 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm. The thickness of the adhesive tape T is 5 μm to 100 μm, preferably 10 μm to 40 μm, more preferably 10 μm to 20 μm.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive tape T includes a
The
The
Examples of the conductive particles include particles of metals such as Au, Ag, Pt, Ni, Cu, W, Sb, Sn, solder, and carbon. Further, coated particles in which non-conductive glass, ceramic, plastic, or the like is used as a core and the core is coated with the above metal or carbon may be used. The average particle diameter of the conductive particles is preferably 1 μm to 18 μm from the viewpoint of dispersibility and conductivity. Insulating coating particles obtained by coating conductive particles with an insulating layer may be used, and conductive particles and insulating particles may be used in combination from the viewpoint of improving the insulation between adjacent electrodes.
The blending ratio of the conductive particles is preferably 0.1 to 30 parts by volume and more preferably 0.1 to 10 parts by volume with respect to 100 parts by volume of the adhesive component contained in the
Next, the configuration of the
巻芯22は、接着テープTを巻き付ける部分である。巻芯22は、例えばプラスチックからなり、接着テープTの幅と同様の厚みの円環状をなしている。巻芯22の外径は、例えば接着テープTの種類によらず一定となっている。本実施形態では、巻芯22は、第1の側板23の開口部40を囲うように、第1の側板23の内側面23aに固定されている。
The winding
The
Similar to the
図2に示すように、第1の側板23の内側面23aは、第2の側板24の内側面24aと対向している。第1の側板23の外側面23c及び第2の側板24の外側面24cは、平坦面となっている。第2の側板24は、第2の側板24の開口部に円筒部材30の突起部が嵌め込まれることにより、第2の側板24の内側面24aが巻芯22の側面に当接した状態で円筒部材30に固定されている。
As shown in FIG. 2, the inner side surface 23 a of the
次に、本実施形態における乾燥剤収容器1について図4〜図6を用いて詳細に説明する。図4は、図1に示した乾燥剤収容器の拡大斜視図である。図5は、図4に示した乾燥剤収容器の側面図である。図6は、図4のVI−VI線に沿った断面図である。
Next, the
As described above, the
A

The
In this embodiment, the
More specifically, the sealing
The desiccant K accommodated in the
As described above, in the
また、上述したように、胴部2の外径R1が、接着テープ用リール21の軸穴25の穴部25aの内径と同径となっていることが好ましく、この場合、胴部2を軸穴25の穴部25aに隙間無く嵌め込むことができる。よって、乾燥剤収容器1の胴部2を穴部25aに嵌め込んだ状態で、接着テープ用リール21の運搬をする場合においても、胴部2を軸穴25にしっかりと保持し、乾燥剤収容器1が移動することを抑制できる。
Further, as described above, the outer diameter R1 of the
また、胴部2は断面円形状をなしていることが好ましく、この場合、より簡単に胴部2を軸穴25(の穴部25a)に嵌め込むことができる。また、鍔部3は、胴部2の一端2c側において、胴部2の全周にわたって円環状に設けられていることが好ましく、この場合、鍔部3が側板の外側面(例えば第1の側板23の外側面23c)にしっかりと引っ掛かるので、軸穴25内で胴部3をより安定して保持できる。
Moreover, it is preferable that the trunk |
In general, the environment where the

As mentioned above, although the
また、鍔部3が円環形状をなしている例を示したが、この形状に限定されない。例えば、鍔部3は、図8(b)に示すように多角形状をなしていてもよく、図8(c)に示すように四角形状をなしていてもよく、図8(d)に示すように、鍔部3の外周部分に切り欠きが形成されていてもよい。図8(d)に示す例では、円環形状の鍔部3の外周部分において、略V字状の切り欠きが略等間隔で4箇所に形成されている。
Moreover, although the example which the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, the
また、胴部2の孔部7は、壁部2aの外側から内側に向かうにつれて狭くなっている例を示したが、これに限定されず、必要とされる吸湿スピードや持続性等に応じ適宜変更可能である。例えば、胴部2の孔部7は、壁部2aの外側から内側にかけて略一定の広さとなっていてもよいし、壁部2aの外側から内側に向うにつれて広くなっていてもよい。孔部7の径も適宜変更可能である。
Moreover, although the
また、封止部5に透湿孔を形成し、封止部5を介した吸湿を可能としてもよい。或いは、透湿性を有する材料で封止部5を形成し、封止部5を介した吸湿を可能としてもよい。この場合、胴部2の孔部7を形成しなくてもよい。
Further, moisture permeation holes may be formed in the sealing
Further, the
Further, as the structure of the
また、乾燥剤収容器1の胴部2を第1の側板23側から軸穴25の穴部25aに嵌め込む例を示したが、胴部2を第2の側板24側から軸穴25の穴部25aに嵌め込んでもよい。この場合、上述のように円筒部材30を用いない構造においては、鍔部3を例えば第2の側板24の外側面24cと当接させることができる。
Moreover, although the example which fits the trunk | drum 2 of the
また、接着テープTは、接着剤層が接着剤成分からなり導電粒子を含有しない非導電テープを用いてもよく、導電粒子を異方導電テープよりも多く配合した異方性を有さない導電テープを用いてもよい。また、ダイボンドフィルム、銀フィルム、半導体ウエハ加工用の接着フィルム等各種の接着フィルムにも適用可能である。 Further, the adhesive tape T may be a non-conductive tape whose adhesive layer is made of an adhesive component and does not contain conductive particles, and has no anisotropy in which conductive particles are blended more than anisotropic conductive tape. A tape may be used. Moreover, it is applicable also to various adhesive films, such as a die bond film, a silver film, and an adhesive film for semiconductor wafer processing.
Further, the weight ratio of the desiccant K and the adhesive tape T is preferably 0.005: 1 to 1.5: 1, and more preferably 0.01: 1 to 0.5: 1. Moreover, when the
以下、実施例を挙げて本発明をより具体的に説明するが、本発明は以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
(事前準備1)
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated more concretely, this invention is not limited to a following example.
(Preparation 1)
First, as a base material used for the adhesive tape T, a PET film (UH2: manufactured by Teijin DuPont Films Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 50 μm with both surfaces peeled with a silicone resin was prepared. Next, a phenoxy resin (a glycidyl etherified modified product of a biphenyl derivative and a bisphenol fluorene type skeleton and a bisphenol A / bisphenol F type skeleton) was used as a film forming material. As the reactive resin, a naphthalene skeleton type epoxy resin or a rubber-modified epoxy resin was used. As the curing agent, a liquid epoxy (bisphenol F type liquid epoxy resin, naphthalene type epoxy resin, microencapsulated amine curing agent) containing a microcapsule type latent curing agent was used. As the conductive particles, a 0.2 μm thick Ni layer was provided on the surface of the polystyrene core, and a 0.04 μm thick Au layer was formed on the outside of the Ni layer. It was. Blended so that the solid weight ratio is 28.2 g of phenoxy resin, 13.9 g of epoxy resin, 16.1 g of microcapsule type latent curing agent, and 0.6 g of silane coupling agent (glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane). Further, 6% by volume of conductive particles were dispersed to obtain a film coating solution.
続いて、得られたフィルム塗工溶液を、上記PETフィルムの片面にロールコータにより塗布した。ついで、このフィルム塗工溶液を70℃、5分間熱風乾燥して、接着剤層の厚みが20μmの異方導電性接着剤フィルムを得た。更に、この接着剤フィルムを幅2mmにスリットして接着テープを得た。 Subsequently, the obtained film coating solution was applied to one side of the PET film by a roll coater. Subsequently, this film coating solution was dried with hot air at 70 ° C. for 5 minutes to obtain an anisotropic conductive adhesive film having an adhesive layer thickness of 20 μm. Furthermore, this adhesive film was slit to a width of 2 mm to obtain an adhesive tape.
On the other hand, a core having an opening corresponding to the shaft hole at the center was prepared. The width of the winding core was 2.5 mm, the inner diameter (shaft hole / opening diameter) was 40 mm, and the outer diameter of the winding core was 65 mm. Two annular side plates made of plastic having a thickness of 2 mm, an inner diameter of 40 mm, and an outer diameter of 125 mm were prepared. Then, both ends of the core were fitted into the openings of the two side plates, respectively, to obtain an adhesive tape reel. Subsequently, the adhesive tape was wound around the core of the adhesive tape reel with the adhesive surface inside. As described above, an adhesive tape reel obtained by winding an anisotropic conductive adhesive tape having a length of 50 m and a width of 2.0 mm around a winding core was obtained.
次に、上記接着テープ用リールを入れる梱包袋としてバリア袋を準備し、乾燥剤(商品名:アイディ乾燥剤、(株)アイディ製)を準備し、梱包袋の挿入口を密封するためのシーラー機を用意した。
(実施例1)(乾燥剤があり、梱包袋の挿入口を密封した梱包製品の作製)
Next, a barrier bag is prepared as a packaging bag for inserting the reel for the adhesive tape, a desiccant (trade name: IDY desiccant, manufactured by IDY Co., Ltd.) is prepared, and a sealer for sealing the insertion port of the packing bag is prepared. A machine was prepared.
(Example 1) (Production of a packaged product having a desiccant and sealing an insertion port of a packaging bag)
First, a desiccant container having a shape like a so-called hat composed of a trunk and a heel as shown in FIG. 4 was prepared. At this time, the body portion was shaped to fit within the shaft hole. Foamed polystyrene was used as the material for the body and the buttocks. Next, the desiccant prepared in
(Comparative Example 1) (Production of a packing product that does not have a desiccant and does not seal the insertion port of the packing bag)
事前準備1で得た接着テープ用リールの軸穴に乾燥剤を配置せず、接着テープ用リールを梱包袋に入れ、梱包袋の挿入口を密封しない梱包品を作製した。
(比較例2)(乾燥剤がなく、梱包袋の挿入口を密封した梱包製品の作製)

(Comparative Example 2) (Production of a packaged product without a desiccant and with the insertion port of the packaging bag sealed)
事前準備1で得た接着テープ用リールの軸穴に乾燥剤を配置せず、接着テープ用リールを梱包袋にいれ、梱包袋の挿入口を密封した梱包品を作製した。
(接着力試験)

(Adhesion test)
As shown in Table 1, it was found that in Example 1, the adhesive tape was not peeled from the glass substrate, the number of peeled sheets was small, and there was no problem in practical use. Further, in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, it was found that the adhesive tape was partially peeled off or entirely peeled from the glass substrate, and the quality was not practically acceptable.
更に、実施例1、比較例1、及び比較例2の梱包品を−5℃〜−10℃に温度管理された冷蔵庫に200時間静置した後に、同様の試験を行った。実施例1については同様の結果が得られた。また、比較例1及び比較例2については表1に示した上記試験の効果よりも特性が良かった。このことは冷蔵庫内が常温の試験時と比べて乾燥していたためだと思われる。しかしながら、実施例1は比較例1及び比較例2と比べて特性が改善されていた。 Furthermore, after leaving the packaged products of Example 1, Comparative Example 1, and Comparative Example 2 in a refrigerator temperature-controlled at −5 ° C. to −10 ° C. for 200 hours, the same test was performed. Similar results were obtained for Example 1. Moreover, about the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, the characteristic was better than the effect of the said test shown in Table 1. This seems to be because the refrigerator was dry compared to the room temperature test. However, the characteristics of Example 1 were improved as compared with Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
