Abstract
【解決手段】吸収層で紫外光と赤外光を吸収し、またコレステリック液晶層の回転ピッチを調節することで赤外光を反射する。

Description
下記の表1より、本発明の実施例において、断熱フィルムにコレステリック液晶層を添加すると、可視光の透過率を約70%に維持する状況で、コレステリック液晶層によって赤外光を反射して、赤外光の透過率を10%未満に低下させ、本発明の実施例による断熱フィルムの断熱率を90%以上に達成し、その可視光透過率と断熱率との総和が160より大きくなることを見出した。
Claims (12)
- 紫外光と赤外光を吸収するための少なくとも1つの吸収層と、
前記吸収層の下に配置される少なくとも1つのコレステリック液晶層と、を備え、
前記コレステリック液晶層が、そのピッチを調整することで前記赤外光を反射する断熱フィルム。 - 前記断熱フィルムの可視光平均透過率が、50%〜80%である請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記断熱フィルムの赤外光反射率が、70%〜99%である請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記コレステリック液晶層が、塗布方式によって形成される請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記吸収層が、金属層と金属酸化物層の少なくとも一つを含む請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記金属層が、銀、アルミニウム、タングステン、マグネシウム、モリブデン、亜鉛、スズ、インジウム、クロム、アンチモン、チタン、ニッケル、銅、バナジウム、コバルト、鉄、ニオブおよびその合金の少なくとも1つを含む請求項5に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記金属酸化物層が、銀酸化物、アルミニウム酸化物、タングステン酸化物、マグネシウム酸化物、モリブデン酸化物、亜鉛酸化物、スズ酸化物、インジウム酸化物、クロム酸化物、アンチモン酸化物、チタン酸化物、ニッケル酸化物、銅酸化物、バナジウム酸化物、コバルト酸化物、鉄酸化物、ニオブ酸化物、インジウムスズ酸化物、亜鉛アルミニウム酸化物、スズアンチモン酸化物層の少なくとも1つを含む請求項5に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記金属層と前記金属酸化物層の少なくとも一つが、スパッタ、蒸着または塗布方式によって形成される請求項5に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記吸収層と前記コレステリック液晶層との間に配置される基材層を更に備える請求項1に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 前記基材層が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロースまたはその組み合わせである材料を含む請求項9に記載の断熱フィルム。
- 対向に配置された第1の表面および第2の表面を含む基材層と、
前記第1の表面上に配置される第1のコレステリック液晶層と、
前記第2の表面上に配置される第2のコレステリック液晶層と、を備え、
前記第1のコレステリック液晶層が、そのピッチを調整することで赤外光を反射し、
前記第2のコレステリック液晶層が、そのピッチを調整することで前記赤外光を反射する断熱フィルム。 - 前記基材層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、トリアセチルセルロースまたはその組み合わせである材料を含む請求項11に記載の断熱フィルム。
