Abstract
【解決手段】放電電極1を備える。放電電極1に液体10を供給する液供給手段を備える。放電電極1に供給された液体10に電圧を印加して静電霧化を生じさせる電圧印加手段4を備える。電圧印加手段4が高周波で且つ中心値が負である電圧を液体10に印加する。

Claims (5)
- 放電電極と、この放電電極に液体を供給する液供給手段と、前記放電電極に供給された液体に電圧を印加して静電霧化を生じさせる電圧印加手段を備えた静電霧化装置であって、前記電圧印加手段が高周波で且つ中心値が負である電圧を前記液体に印加するものであることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 前記電圧印加手段によって前記液体に印加される電圧が交流であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記放電電極に対向する対向電極を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記電圧印加手段によって前記液体に印加される電圧の周波数が50kHz〜250kHzであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記電圧印加手段が圧電素子を用いたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の静電霧化装置。
