Claims (4)
- 霧化電極と、霧化電極に水を供給する水供給手段と、霧化電極に供給された水を静電霧化するために高電圧を印加するための高圧電源回路とを備え、高圧電源回路により高圧電源電圧を印加して霧化電極に供給された水を静電霧化することで帯電微粒子水を生成する静電霧化装置において、静電霧化が行われていることを検出する静電霧化検出手段を設け、この静電霧化検出手段を放電電流検出回路により構成し、静電霧化装置の運転始動時の始動電圧を静電霧化時における霧化電圧よりも高く設定し、放電電流検出回路による放電開始の電流検出による静電霧化の開始を検出した時点で始動電圧を下げて霧化電圧となるように制御することを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 高圧電源電圧検出回路を設け、高圧電源電圧検出回路により検出された検出値に基づいて高圧電源電圧を目標電圧となるように制御する制御部を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 高圧電源電圧の異常を検出する電圧異常検出手段を設け、制御部による運転継続のための高圧電源電圧の制御可能域の上下限を、安定して静電霧化が行われる高圧電源電圧域の上下限を超えて設定し、高圧電源電圧が制御部による運転継続のための高圧電源電圧の制御可能域の上下限を越えた際にのみ電圧異常検出手段で異常として検出するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 放電電流検出回路を有し、放電電流検出回路出力が規定値よりも高くなった場合、高圧電源電圧を低くさせる保護回路を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
