Abstract
【解決手段】(a)非対称層と、(b)等方性層と、(c)非対称層と等方性層との間の界面層であって、非対称層に接触する第1の部分および等方性層に接触する第2の部分を有する界面層とを備え、(i)非対称層が界面層の第1の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第1の細孔構造を有するセルを含み、(ii)等方性層が界面層の第2の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第2の細孔構造を有するセルを含み、第1の細孔構造が第2の細孔構造よりも大きく、界面層の第1の部分が第1の細孔構造を有するセルを備え、界面層の第2の部分が第2の細孔構造を有するセルを備える精密ろ過膜、ならびに該膜を形成して使用する方法。

Claims (13)
- (a)非対称高分子層と、
(b)等方性高分子層と、
(c)前記非対称層と前記等方性層との間の界面高分子層であって、前記非対称層に接触する第1の部分および前記等方性層に接触する第2の部分を有する、界面高分子層と
を備え、
(i)前記非対称層が前記界面層の前記第1の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第1の孔径を有するセルを含み、
(ii)前記等方性層が前記界面層の前記第2の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第2の孔径を有するセルを含み、前記第1の孔径が前記第2の孔径よりも大きく、
前記界面層の前記第1の部分が前記第1の孔径を有するセルを備え、前記界面層の前記第2の部分が前記第2の孔径を有するセルを備える精密ろ過膜。 - 前記非対称層が約2以上の非対称性を有する請求項1に記載の膜。
- (a)第1の非対称率を有する第1の非対称高分子層と、
(b)前記第1の非対称率よりも大きい第2の非対称率を有する第2の非対称高分子層と、
(c)前記第1の非対称層と前記第2の非対称層との間の界面高分子層であって、前記第1の非対称層に接触する第1の部分と、前記第2の非対称層に接触する第2の部分とを有する、界面高分子層と
を備え、
(i)前記第1の非対称層が前記界面層の前記第1の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第1の孔径を有するセルを含み、
(ii)前記第2の非対称層が前記界面層の前記第2の部分と接触する領域を有し、該領域が第2の孔径を有するセルを含み、
前記第1の孔径が前記第2の孔径よりも大きく、前記界面層の前記第1の部分が前記第1の孔径を有するセルを備え、前記界面層の前記第2の部分が前記第2の孔径を有するセルを備える
精密ろ過膜。 - 前記第1の非対称高分子層が約0.5〜約1.5の範囲の非対称率を有する請求項3に記載の精密ろ過膜。
- 前記第2の非対称高分子層が約2以上の非対称率を有する請求項3または4に記載の精密ろ過膜。
- 襞付きの膜を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の精密ろ過膜。
- 流体を処理する方法であって、請求項1、2または6のいずれか一項に記載の膜の中へ前記非対称層から前記等方性層に向かう方向で前記流体を通すステップを備える方法。
- 流体を処理する方法であって、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の膜の中へ前記第2の非対称層から前記第1の非対称層に向かう方向で前記流体を通過させるステップを備える方法。
- 前記流体を前記膜に通過させるステップを備える請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 非対称層と、等方性層と、前記非対称層に接触する第1の部分および前記等方性層に接触する第2の部分を有する界面層とを有する精密ろ過膜を形成する方法であって、
(a)第1の高分子と前記第1の高分子のための溶媒とを備える第1の溶液を調製するステップと、
(b)第2の高分子と前記第2の高分子のための溶媒とを備える第2の溶液を調製するステップと、
(c)前記第1の溶液を第1の支持体の表面上へキャスティングするステップと、
(d)約2秒後に、前記第2の溶液を前記第1の溶液上にキャスティングして、プレ膜を形成するステップと、
(e)前記プレ膜を循環空気にさらすステップと、
(f)非溶媒液中で前記第1の溶液および前記第2の溶液の相分離を行なうステップと
を備える方法。 - 第1の非対称率を有する第1の非対称層と、前記第1の非対称率よりも大きい第2の非対称率を有する第2の非対称層と、前記第1の非対称層に接触する第1の部分および前記第2の非対称層に接触する第2の部分を有する界面層とを有する精密ろ過膜を形成する方法であって、
(a)第1の高分子と前記第1の高分子のための溶媒とを備える第1の溶液を調製するステップと、
(b)第2の高分子と前記第2の高分子のための溶媒とを備える第2の溶液を調製するステップと、
(c)前記第1の溶液を第1の支持体の表面上へキャスティングするステップと、
(d)約2秒後に、前記第2の溶液を前記第1の溶液上にキャスティングして、プレ膜を形成するステップと、
(e)非溶媒液中で前記第1の溶液および前記第2の溶液の相分離を行なうステップと
を備える方法。 - 少なくとも一方の前記溶液がポリスルホンを備える請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の溶液をキャスティングするステップが、第1のスロットダイまたは第1のキャスティングナイフにより与えられる第1の事前設定ギャップを介して前記第1の溶液をキャスティングする工程を備え、前記第2の溶液をキャスティングするステップは、第2のスロットダイまたは第2のキャスティングナイフにより与えられる第2の事前設定ギャップを介して前記第2の溶液をキャスティングする工程を備える、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
