Abstract
【解決手段】リグノセルロース物質をリファイニングするためのリファイナープレートは、径方向外側周縁部38および基板面と、略径方向に沿って配置され、前記基盤面から上向きに突出する複数の帯状体18および前記帯状体間に形成され、それぞれ一定の溝幅を有する溝を備えるリファイニング領域14と、前記リファイニング領域の前記帯状体および溝を横切り、前記リファイナープレートの前記外側周縁部の径方向内側に径方向外側端部を備え、前記溝の幅よりも実質的に大きい幅を有する蒸気流路34と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- リファイナーシステムから高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法であって、
セルロース繊維供給材料をディスクリファイナーの導入口へ導入する工程と、
前記ディスクリファイナーの、一方が他方に対して相対回転する対向するディスク間に前記セルロース繊維供給材料を供給する工程と、
前記対向するディスクのそれぞれに装着され帯状体と溝が形成されたリファイニング領域を有する対向するリファイナープレート間で前記セルロース繊維供給材料をリファイニングする工程と、
前記セルロース繊維供給材料のリファイニング工程で発生した蒸気を前記リファイナープレートの少なくとも一つに形成された前記溝の幅よりも実質的に大きい幅を有する蒸気流路を介して逆流させる工程と、
前記ディスクリファイナーから、前記蒸気流路の出口の径方向内側に形成された蒸気流出口を介して前記逆流蒸気を抜き出す工程と、
を含み、
前記逆流される蒸気は、前記蒸気流路から前記リファイニングプレートの少なくとも2分の1インチ離間した帯状体が形成された流入領域へ排出され、前記流入領域に形成された帯状体の幅は前記リファイニング領域の前記帯状体の幅よりも実質的に大きい
ことを特徴とする高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法。 - 逆流蒸気を少なくとも6バールの圧力で抜き出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法。
- 前記蒸気流路を有する前記リファイナープレートは固定子プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法。
- 前記逆流蒸気は、前記ディスクの外周縁の略径方向内側に前記蒸気流路の径方向外側端部を形成することにより、前記蒸気流路を介して径方向に沿って内側に流れるように強制されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法。
- 前記逆流蒸気は少なくとも一つの前記蒸気流路を含む不連続な蒸気経路を介して流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧蒸気を抜き出す方法。
