Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の強化ガラス板の製造方法は、ガラス板を熱処理して、ガラス板の表面領域のSiO2の含有量を、ガラス板の表面から深さ1μmの内部領域に比べて、質量基準で1.03倍以上に増加させることにより、ガラス板を強化処理することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- ガラス板を熱処理して、ガラス板の表面領域のSiO2の含有量を、ガラス板の表面から深さ1μmの内部領域に比べて、質量基準で1.03倍以上に増加させることにより、ガラス板を強化処理することを特徴とする強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 800〜1000℃の温度で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス板の製造方法により作製されてなることを特徴とする強化ガラス板。
- 未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の強化ガラス板。
- 実質的にアルカリ金属酸化物を含まないことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の強化ガラス板。
