Claims (32)
- 製品を製造する方法において、
パリソンを押し出す工程と、
一対の分割金型を備えた金型に前記パリソンを位置付ける工程と、
前記パリソンの密閉内部を画定するために、前記パリソンの上部および下部をつぶす工程と、
前記分割金型の間のギャップを保持するために、不完全に前記金型を閉じる工程と、
前記パリソンを膨張させるために、前記パリソンの密閉内部に圧力ガスを挿入する工程と、
製品を最初に成形するために、不完全に閉じた前記金型の分割金型に対して膨張した前記パリソンを成形する工程と、
前記最初に成形される製品を前記分割金型の間のギャップに沿って半分に切断する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする製品を製造する方法。 - 前記パリソンの密閉内部に上昇した圧力ガスをさらに挿入することによって、前記パリソンが、前記一対の分割金型で成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品を製造する方法。
- 前記パリソンの密閉内部に圧力ガスを挿入する工程は、約3バール(3×105Pa)の圧力まで上昇するガスを有し、前記最初に成形される製品を成形するために上昇した圧力が、約6バール(6×105Pa)まで上昇することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製品を製造する方法。
- 前記パリソンの上部または下部の少なくとも1つを除去する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品を製造する方法。

- 前記分割パリソンまたは前記分割金型の少なくとも一方に対して、フィルムを貼り付ける工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製品を製造する方法。
- 製品を製造する方法において、
長手方向に一対の薄い部分をパリソンに設けるために、パリソンを押し出す工程と、
対向する一対のグリッパを用いて、前記パリソンに設けられた一対の薄い部分の対向する端部で前記パリソンを把持する工程と、
前記パリソンを分割するために、前記一対のグリッパを収縮する工程と、

前記パリソンに設けられた一対の薄い部分の対向する端部で前記パリソンを把持するために伸び、かつ、前記パリソンを分割するために収縮する、対向する一対のグリッパと、を備えたことを特徴とする製品を製造する装置。
