Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性材料からその壁を貫通する接続要素を有する容器を作成する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの、板状、殻状、若しくは管状の熱可塑性材料からなるプリフォームを用意し、
少なくとも1つのプリフォームを、少なくとも1つの金型凹部を定めるキャビティを有する多部品金型に導入し、
前記金型内で差圧を用いてプリフォームを成形して最終形状とし殻状の中間生成体を与え、
前記殻状の中間生成体同士を互いに融着して、前記殻状の中間生成体同士を合わせて閉じた中空体を生成し、
さらに前記プリフォームの開口部を形成するために、マンドレルを用いて未だ温かい可塑状態のプリフォームを金型側から貫通させ、
前記マンドレルによって予め形成された前記開口部に金型凹部側から接続要素を挿入し、
前記接続要素を前記プリフォームに接続させる工程を有し、さらに
前記マンドレルによって形成される開口部は、前記接続要素の挿入の前若しくは挿入の間に寸法決めされ、
その寸法決めは前記金型側から前記開口部に挿入される少なくとも1つの寸法取りスリーブにより実行されることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。 - 請求項1記載の容器作成方法であって、前記接続要素は、前記開口部内に配された寸法取りスリーブの中に接続スタブにより挿入され、前記開口部内に配された前記スリーブは前記開口部から引き抜かれ、この工程の間若しくは引き続いて、前記接続要素は、当該接続要素の上に設けられたカラーによって前記プリフォームに融着されることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項2に記載の容器作成方法であって、前記接続要素は、当該容器内に配設される通気装置に金型凹部側から接続されることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項3記載の容器作成方法であって、前記通気装置の容量の圧力均等化は前記接続要素を介して前記金型凹部の圧力時に行われることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項4記載の容器作成方法であって、前記圧力均等化は前記マンドレルによりなされることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項5記載の容器作成方法であって、前記寸法取りスリーブが前記プリフォームの前記開口部内にあるときに、前記圧力均等化が行われることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の容器作成方法であって、前記金型内のキャビティ内に配設され、前記金型側に配される少なくとも1つのマンドレルと、これと同軸で前記マンドレルに対して調整される前記寸法取りスリーブとが使用されることを特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項7記載の容器作成方法であって、前記マンドレルは、媒体を流すことができ、前記金型凹部に圧力を与える圧力媒体源に接続された少なくとも1つの開口部を有する中空針として設計されてなること特徴とする熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の容器作成方法であって、前記未だ温かい可塑状態のプリフォームを金型側から貫通することと、前記接続要素の金型凹部側からの挿入することは、前記殻状の中間生成体を合わせて閉じた中空体を形成する前に前記接続要素を接続することで行われる熱可塑性材料からの容器作成方法。
