Claims (10)
- チューブ型の予備成型物が、マルチパートブローモールドの中に取り込まれ、膨張させられ、適用される圧力差により形成される、熱可塑性材料から物品を製造する方法であって、前記予備成型物の形成の前に、少なくとも1つのインサートが、第1保持手段により前記予備成型物の中に取り込まれ、前記予備成型物の形成前に、前記インサートは、前記予備成型物の壁を貫通する少なくとも1つの第2保持手段により引き継がれ、前記第2保持手段はブローイングピンとして形成され、前記予備成型物の膨張及び再成型は、前記第2保持手段と共に圧力媒体の適用により開始され、前記予備成型物は、前記第1保持手段が立ち退き、前記ブローモールドが閉ざされる前に前記第2保持手段により予め膨張させられた後に、その端において閉ざされる方法。
- 前記第1保持手段は、前記インサートが前記第2保持手段により引き継がれた後に前記予備成型物から立ち退くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記予備成型物は、その上端にて閉ざされており、前記第1保持手段が立ち退く前に前記第1保持手段により予め膨張されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 製造される前記物品は、自動車の燃料タンクであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 機能性部品キャリアは、インサートとして前記物品に取り込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記物品の対立する壁を互いに好ましくは支持する強化素子が、インサートとして前記物品に取り込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記インサートは、前記第2保持手段の前進及び/又は後退動作により前記物品の一方の壁に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記インサートは、前記物品の前記内壁に融合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2保持手段は前記インサートを貫通することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2保持手段は前記インサートと共に一時的にロックされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
