Abstract
Description
例えば:オフィス又は会議室において、空調又は暖房のエネルギーコストを節約するために、壁又は天井、又は自由スタンド又はつり下げ装飾照明において、寒及び暖色をそれぞれ使用する;新鮮な又は冷蔵製品が存在するスーパーマーケットにおいて冬季間、顧客を快適に維持するために暖色を用いる一方で、より低温周囲温度を用いる。これは、製品、特に果実、野菜など冷却されない製品がより長く新鮮に維持できるという点で利点となる。さらに、これによりスーパーマーケットを暖房するために意図されるエネルギー消費の低減が見込まれる。さらに、冷蔵庫又は冷凍庫での冷却に関するエネルギー消費も、周囲温度が下げられることから低減され得る;他の製品が存在するスパーマーケットにおいて、夏期間、顧客を快適に維持するために寒色を用いる一方でより高い周囲温度が使用され得る。これは、ホテル室内、住宅、高齢者用住宅、病院室内、学校内などに求められるエネルギー節約の考え方に基づいて冷房のための空調の使用に関するエネルギー消費の低減において有利となる。
Claims (15)
- 脊椎動物の体温調節の影響を与える方法であり、前記方法は:
既定の基準に基づいて、光の色の複数の群から特定の群を選択するステップであって、前記光の色は主要波長に基づいて群に分けられており、それぞれの色の群が、脊椎動物の前記体温調節に特定の方法で影響を与えるように構成される、ステップ;
前記選択された色の群による少なくとも1つの光源から発光される光の前記主要波長を制御するための制御シグナルを生成する、ステップ;及び
前記生成された制御シグナルを前記少なくとも1つの光源に伝達するステップであって、前記選択された色の群の光を発光させ、それにより、前記既定の基準に基づき前記少なくとも1つの光源により発光される前記選択された色の群の光に暴露される脊椎動物の前記体温調節に影響を与える、ステップを含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記既定の基準が、前記脊椎動物が前記周囲温度がより高いと知覚するべきである、というものであり、このために、約576〜700nmの範囲の前記主要波長を持つ色の群が選択される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であり、前記既定の基準が、前記脊椎動物が前記周囲温度がより低いと知覚するべきである、というものであり、このために、約460〜520nmの範囲の前記主要波長を持つ色の群が選択される、方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であり、さらに:前記色を分ける際に色飽和を考慮するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であり、さらに:前記色を分ける際に色温度を考慮するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であり、前記CIE1931色度図により定義される性質が、前記色を分けるための基礎を形成する、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であり、前記CIE1931色度図の参照白色点が、約6500Kの色温度を持つように構成される、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であり、前記CIE1931色度図の参照白色点が、約3000Kの色温度を持つように構成される、方法。
- 脊椎動物の体温調節に影響を与える照明制御装置であり、前記装置が:
プロセッサ;及び
トランスミッターを含み;
前記プロセッサが、既定の基準に基づいて、光の色の複数の群から特定の群を選択し、前記光の色が主要な波長に基づいて群に分けられており、それぞれの色の群が、脊椎動物の体温調節に特定の方法で影響を与え;及び
前記プロセッサがさらに前記選択された色の群により少なくとも1つの光源から発光される光の前記主要な波長を制御するための制御シグナルを生成し;
前記トランスミッターが、前記生成された制御シグナルを前記少なくとも1つの光源に伝達して前記選択された色の群の光を発光させ、それにより、前記既定の基準に基づき前記少なくとも1つの光源により発光された前記選択された色の群の光に暴露された脊椎動物の前記体温調節に影響を与える、照明制御装置。 - 請求項9に記載の照明制御装置であり、さらに:前記複数の光の色の群を記憶するためのメモリを含む、照明制御装置。
- 請求項9又は10のいずれか1項に記載の照明制御装置であり、さらに:前記既定基準を入力し得るユーザインタフェースを含む、照明制御装置。
- 請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の照明制御装置であり、さらに:制御される前記少なくとも1つの光源を含む、照明制御装置。
- 請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の照明制御装置であり、さらに、周囲温度の測定を前記照明制御装置に与えるように構成される温度計と接続可能に構成され、前記測定された周囲温度が使用されるべき前記既定の基準を決定する、照明制御装置。
- 請求項9に記載の照明制御装置を接続可能に構成される気候制御システムであり、前記システムがさらに:気候制御装置を含み、前記装置が前記照明制御装置の前記プロセッサにより生成される前記制御シグナルに応じるように構成され、前記気候制御装置により放出される投光特性が前記既定の基準により適合される、気候制御システム。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のステップを装置に実行させるためのコンピュータ実行可能なコンポーネントを含むコンピュータプログラム製品であり、前記コンピュータ実行可能なコンポーネントが前記装置に含まれるプロセスユニット上で実行される、コンピュータプログラム製品。
