Abstract
Description
−サイロもしくはホッパーでの保管中に重力の作用下で又は搬送ベルト上で振動の結果として様々な成分が分離する危険;及び
−溶融炉の出力だけでなく炉のアーチの耐用年数にも影響を持つガラス化可能な原材料のいわゆる「微」粒子(ダスト)の分散。さらに、この欠点は、分散するダストが大気汚染の問題を投げかけうるので環境に影響を持ちうる。
−液体バインダーが加えられる粉末材料は強く“粘着し”、この方法における中間生成物である湿った顆粒は取り扱いが難しく、造粒機から除去することが難しい;
−湿った顆粒は抵抗力が低く、それゆえそれらは乾燥器への移動時及び乾燥時に崩壊することが多い。
− 顆粒化される粉末材料を少なくとも二つの部分、即ち第一部分及び第二部分に分割する;
− 粉末材料の前記第一部分に液体バインダーを加える;
− かくして得られた第一混合物を造粒機で凝集して顆粒(a)を得る;
− 粒末材料の第二部分を前記造粒機に加える;
− 得られた新しい混合物を造粒機で凝集して顆粒(b)を得る。
Claims (12)
- 粉末材料から顆粒を製造するための方法において、以下の連続工程を含むことを特徴とする方法:
− 顆粒化される粉末材料を少なくとも二つの部分、即ち第一部分及び第二部分に分割する;
− 粉末材料の前記第一部分に液体バインダーを加える;
− かくして得られた第一混合物を造粒機で凝集して顆粒(a)を得る;
− 粒末材料の第二部分を前記造粒機に加える;
− 得られた新しい混合物を造粒機で凝集して顆粒(b)を得る。 - 粉末材料が、溶融炉におけるガラスの製造のために意図された原材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 粉末材料の前記第一部分が、顆粒化される粉末材料の少なくとも25重量%を示すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 粉末材料の前記第一部分が、顆粒化される粉末材料の最大75重量%を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 液体バインダーが水を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 液体バインダーが一種以上の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 加えられる液体バインダーの量が第一混合物の8重量%〜20重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 加えられる液体バインダーの量が第一混合物の8重量%〜16重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 顆粒(b)が2重量%〜6重量%の範囲の水含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 顆粒(b)が3重量%〜5重量%の範囲の水含有量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉末材料の前記第一部分が、粉末材料の前記第二部分の組成と同一の組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉末材料の前記第一部分が、粉末材料の前記第二部分の組成とは異なる組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
