Claims (7)
- 可変ピッチブレードの少なくとも1つのアンダクテッドプロペラ(22、24)を備えるターボ機械にして、ブレード(34)が、環状ロータ要素(38)の半径方向ハウジング内でブレードの軸(B)を中心として枢動するように取り付けられた略円筒状プレート(36)にそれぞれ担持され、ロータ要素と共にターボ機械の軸(A)を中心として回転駆動されブレードの軸を中心としてプレートを枢動駆動するために前記軸(A)に沿って並進移動可能な制御リング(42)にブレードの半係方向内側端部を介して接続され、制御リングが、ターボ機械のステータ(56)によって担持されるアクチュエータ(52)を使用して、回転時に固定されターボ機械の軸(A)に沿って並進移動可能な手段(60)に、前記軸を中心として回転しながら心合わせ案内されるターボ機械であって、制御リング(42)を心合わせ案内する手段(60)が、ターボ機械の軸の周囲に配置され、外側に向かって開口し制御リング(42)が嵌め込まれる環状溝(64)をその間に画定する2つの側壁を備える略U字形断面の環状レール(62)を備え、転がり手段(66)が前記リングとレールの側壁との間で制御リングの両側に取り付けられることを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
- レール(62)が、互いに締結される共通軸の2つの環状部品(68、70)、つまり、レールの側壁の一方を画定する第1の部品(68)と、溝(64)の底部およびレールの他方の側壁の両方を画定する略L字形断面の第2の部品(70)とからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- レール(62)の2つの部品(68、70)が、ターボ機械の軸(A)を中心として一定間隔で配置されたねじで互いに締結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。
- 転がり手段(66)が、玉軸受であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- アクチュエータ(52)が、電動アクチュエータ、油圧アクチュエータ、または空気圧式アクチュエータであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のターボ機械。
- 制御リング(42)が、一端がプレートの半径方向内側端部に締結される要素またはプレートの半径方向内側端部で形成される要素にヒンジ連結され、他端がターボ機械の軸(A)に平行な軸を中心として制御リングのクレビス(50)にそれ自体ヒンジ連結される要素(48)にヒンジ連結されるリンクによって、ブレード(34)を支持するプレート(36)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のターボ機械。
- 共通軸を共有する上述のタイプの2つの二重反転アンダクテッドプロペラ(22、24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のターボ機械。
