Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1組(24a、24b)の調節可能なピッチのファンブレード(26)を有するターボプロップのファンブレードのピッチを制御する装置にして、前記組は、長手方向軸(12)を中心とし、タービンロータ(22a、22b)に機械的に接続される回転リング(28a、28b)と共に回転するように固定され、各組のブレードは、ピッチ調節のために長手方向軸を中心とした同期リング(30a、30b)に結合される装置であって、長手方向軸を中心とし、タービンロータと共に回転するように固定され、複数の接続アーム(40a、40b)によって同期リングに機械的に接続されるアクチュエータ(38)をさらに備え、接続アームのそれぞれは、アクチュエータのロッドに接続される軸方向リンク(42a、42b)と、同期リングに接続される半径方向リンク(46a、46b)と、アクチュエータを作動させると同期リングが長手方向軸を中心として回転運動するように軸方向リンクを半径方向に接続する少なくとも1つのベルクランク(48a、48b)とを備えることを特徴とする、装置。
- 各接続アーム(40a、40b)はさらに、回転リング(28a、28b)に固定され、半径方向リンクの略半径方向運動により同期リングが長手方向軸を中心として回転運動するように、まず半径方向リンク(46a、46b)に接続され、次に同期リング(30a、30b)に締結された接線方向リンク(62a、62b)に接続される別のベルクランク(60a、60b)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各接続アーム(40a)の軸方向リンク(42a)の一端は、転がり軸受(54)の外側ケージ(52)に接続され、その内側ケージ(56)は、アクチュエータ(38)のロッド(44)に接続され、フルーティング(58)を介してタービンロータ(22b)のシャフトを長手方向に摺動するのに適している、請求項1または2に記載の装置。

- アクチュエータ(38)に不具合が生じた場合に、ファンブレード(26)に所定のピッチを付与する手段(72)をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各接続アーム(40a、40b)が、ターボプロップのケーシングアーム(70a、70b)を半径方向に貫通する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 接続アーム(40a、40b)が、長手方向軸(12)を中心として一定間隔で配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 組(24a、24b)が、10枚のファンブレード(26)を有し、アクチュエータ(38)が、5本の接続アーム(40a、40b)を使用して同期リングに機械的に接続される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つの二重反転ロータ(22a、22b)と、ロータのそれぞれに接続される2つの回転リング(28a、28b)と共に回転するように拘束された2組(24a、24b)の調節可能なピッチのファンブレード(26)とを有し、2組のうち少なくとも1組のファンブレードのピッチが請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置によって制御されるタービン(20)を備える2プロペラ式ターボプロップ。
