Abstract
Description
本発明は、ウレタン基含有(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの連続的な製造法に関する。
a)アミンとカーボネートの反応及び
b)場合によっては、a)から得られる反応混合物の精製
によって得られるものである。
R1、R2は、互いに無関係に、水素、C1〜C18−アルキル、場合によっては、1個以上の酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子及び/又は1個以上の置換又は非置換のイミノ基によって中断されたC2〜C18−アルキル、C2〜C18−アルケニル、C6〜C12−アリール、C5〜C12−シクロアルキル、又は酸素原子、窒素原子及び/又は硫黄原子を有する5員〜6員複素環、その際、上述の基は、そのつどアリール、アルキル、アリールオキシ、アルキルオキシ、ヘテロ原子及び/又は複素環によって置換されていてよい、又は式−[Xi]k−Hの基であり、
Xiは、全てのi=1〜kについて、互いに無関係に、−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−N(H)−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−N(H)−、−CH2−CH(NH2)−、−CH2−CH(NHCHO)−、−CH2−CH(CH3)−O−、−CH(CH3)−CH2−O−、−CH2−C(CH3)2−O−、−C(CH3)2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CHVin−O−、−CHVin−CH2−O−、−CH2−CHPh−O−及び−CHPh−CH2−O−の群から選択されていてよく、その際、Phはフェニルであり、かつ、Vinはビニルであり、
kは、1〜50の数であり、かつ、
Yは、C2〜C20−アルキレン、又は1個以上の酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子及び/又は1個以上の置換又は非置換のイミノ基によって及び/又は1個以上の−(CO)−、−O(CO)O−、−(NH)(CO)O−、−O(CO)(NH)−、−O(CO)−又は−(CO)O−基によって中断されたC2〜C20−アルキレンであり、その際、上述の基は、そのつどアリール、アルキル、アリールオキシ、アルキルオキシ、ヘテロ原子及び/又は複素環によって置換されていてよい]に従って得られるものである。R1及びR2は、一緒になって環を形成してもよい。
R1及びR2は、上述の意味を有し、
Yは、1,2−エチレン、1,2−プロピレン、1,1−ジメチル−1,2−エチレン、1−ヒドロキシ−メチル−1,2−エチレン、2−ヒドロキシ−1,3−プロピレン、2−ヒドロキシ−1,3−プロピレン、1,3−プロピレン、1,4−ブチレン、1,6−ヘキシレン、2−メチル−1,3−プロピレン、2−エチル−1,3−プロピレン、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−プロピレン及び2,2−ジメチル−1,4−ブチレンの中から選択されており、
R3は、水素又はメチル、有利には水素を意味し、
但し、基R1及びR2の少なくとも1個は水素ではない]のウレタン基含有(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(U)が得られる。
ヒドロキシプロピルカルバメートアクリレートの製造−長期試験
実施例1を繰り返した。しかしながら、ポンプは15ml/hの速度で運転した。反応時間は全体で約310時間であり、その際、種々の時間間隔後に、貯蔵容器中の搬出量、変換率ならびに純度をGC分析によって測定した。結果は第1表にまとめられている。
ヒドロキシプロピルカルバメートアクリレートの製造−第2の酵素カラムを用いた長期試験
実施例2からの52.9%の純度を有する搬出量から、250g(ヒドロキシプロピルカルバメート0.9モルを含有している)を取り出し、かつエチルアクリレート2010g(20.08モル)を混ぜた。40℃の温度で、この混合物を、リパーゼ(Novozym(R)435)12mlが装填された第二のジャケット付ガラスカラム(長さ40cm、直径1.35cm)を介し、ポンプを利用して15ml/hの速度で送った。反応時間は全体で約160時間であり、その際、種々の時間間隔後に、貯蔵容器中の搬出量、変換率ならびに純度をGC分析によって測定した。結果は第2表にまとめられている。

実施例1を繰り返した。しかしながら、反応温度は60℃に調節した。ポンプは15ml/hの速度で運転した。
Claims (11)
- ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)と飽和アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(G)を、少なくとも1種の重合禁止剤(P)の存在において、触媒としての酵素(E)を用いて反応器中で反応させることによってウレタン基含有(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(U)を製造する方法において、該飽和アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(G)及び該ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)を、固定化酵素(E)で充填された少なくとも1つの固定層反応器に連続的に通すことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)が、次の反応
R1、R2は、互いに無関係に、水素、C1〜C18−アルキル、場合によっては、1個以上の酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子及び/又は1個以上の置換又は非置換のイミノ基によって中断されたC2〜C18−アルキル、C2〜C18−アルケニル、C6〜C12−アリール、C5〜C12−シクロアルキル、又は酸素原子、窒素原子及び/又は硫黄原子を有する5員〜6員複素環、その際、上述の基は、そのつどアリール、アルキル、アリールオキシ、アルキルオキシ、ヘテロ原子及び/又は複素環によって置換されていてよい、又は式−[Xi]k−Hの基であり、
Xiは、全てのi=1〜kについて、互いに無関係に、−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−N(H)−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−N(H)−、−CH2−CH(NH2)−、−CH2−CH(NHCHO)−、−CH2−CH(CH3)−O−、−CH(CH3)−CH2−O−、−CH2−C(CH3)2−O−、−C(CH3)2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CH2−CH2−CH2−O−、−CH2−CHVin−O−、−CHVin−CH2−O−、−CH2−CHPh−O−及び−CHPh−CH2−O−の群から選択されていてよく、その際、Phはフェニルであり、かつ、Vinはビニルであり、

Yは、C2〜C20−アルキレン、又は1個以上の酸素原子及び/又は硫黄原子及び/又は1個以上の置換又は非置換のイミノ基によって及び/又は1個以上の−(CO)−、−O(CO)O−、−(NH)(CO)O−、−O(CO)(NH)−、−O(CO)−又は−(CO)O−基によって中断されたC2〜C20−アルキレンであり、その際、上述の基は、そのつどアリール、アルキル、アリールオキシ、アルキルオキシ、ヘテロ原子及び/又は複素環によって置換されていてよい]によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 - R1及び2が、互いに無関係に、水素、C1〜C12−アルキル、C5〜C6−シクロアルキル又は式−[Xi]k−Hの基であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記飽和アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステルが、(メタ)アクリル酸メチルエステル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチルエステル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ブチルエステル及び(メタ)アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルエステルの群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記酵素(E)がリパーゼであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記飽和アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(G)を、ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)と前もって互いに混合し、かつ、この反応混合物を、引き続き少なくとも1種の固定化酵素に通すことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 飽和アルコールの(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(G)対ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)のモル比が、50:1〜1:1の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記粗生成物を蒸留により精製し、その際、遊離する飽和アルコール及び相応する過剰の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(G)及び場合によっては使用された共留剤からの共沸混合物を分離することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記蒸留により精製されたウレタン基含有(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(U)を、固定化酵素(E)が装填されたさらなる固定層反応器に通すことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記ウレタン基含有(メタ)アクリル酸エステル(U)を、水を用いた抽出プロセスに供することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)を、前もって連続的な精製蒸留によって低沸点及び高沸点の副成分から分離することにより、前記ウレタン基含有アルコール(A)を精製して使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
