Claims (15)
- ヘレグリンと複合体を形成していないHER3に結合し、かつ複合体形成していないHER3への結合と比較してより高い親和性でHER3:ヘレグリン（heregulin）複合体に結合する、その断片および組み換え型を含むモノクローナル抗体。
- 少なくとも5 nMの親和性でヘレグリンと複合体を形成していないHER3に結合し、かつHER3に結合する親和性の少なくとも5倍の親和性でHER3:ヘレグリン複合体に結合する、請求項1記載の抗体。
- 重鎖が、CDR1:GYTFTDYVS (SEQ ID NO:4)、CDR2:IYPSGRY (SEQ ID NO:5)およびCDR3:TRSLQRLRYFDV (SEQ ID NO:6)を含む、請求項1記載の抗体。
- 軽鎖が、CDR1:RASQSISDYLH (SEQ ID NO:10)、CDR2:YGSQSIS (SEQ ID NO:11)およびCDR3:QQSNSWPLT (SEQ ID NO:12)を含む、請求項3記載の抗体。
- IG4またはその断片である、請求項1記載の抗体。

- 発現のための制御配列に機能的に連結した、請求項10記載のコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む、組換え発現系。
- 請求項11記載の発現系を含有する、組換え宿主細胞。
- HER3に結合するが、複合体形成していないHER3への結合と比較してより高い親和性でHER3:ヘレグリン（heregulin）複合体に結合する、その断片を含むモノクローナル抗体を産生する方法であって、請求項12記載の細胞を培養する段階、および該抗体を回収する段階を含む、前記方法。
- 前記腫瘍の生検材料を請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の抗体もしくは断片または請求項8記載の結合体と接触させる段階、および形成される複合体のレベルを非共役型HER3に結合する抗体で形成される任意の複合体と比較して測定する段階を含む、HER3:ヘレグリン複合体の存在について腫瘍を評価する方法。
- 対象における癌を治療するための、請求項9記載の組成物。
