本発明は、フィルムコーティングされた家具を製造するためのポリウレタン接着剤の使用に関する。該接着剤は2成分から成り、ここで、第1の成分は、カルボキシル基を有する少なくとも2種の異なるポリウレタンを含有し、かつ、該ポリウレタンは、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位及びポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、ここで、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計対ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計の質量比は1:9〜9:1であり、かつ、ここで、第2の成分は、カルボキシル基に対して反応性の少なくとも1種のシラン化合物を含有する。
ここで、第1の成分は、少なくとも1種の第1のポリウレタンと、第1のポリウレタンとは異なる少なくとも1種の第2のポリウレタンを含有し、
ここで、第1のポリウレタンは、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、第2のポリウレタンは、ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、
ここで、双方のポリウレタンの少なくとも1種、好ましくは双方のポリウレタンはカルボキシル基を有し、
ここで、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計対ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計の質量比は1:9〜9:1、有利には1:4〜4:1、特に有利には1:1〜4:1であり、かつ、
ここで、第2の成分は、カルボキシル基に対して反応性の少なくとも1種のシラン化合物を含有する。
(a)ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有さない、少なくとも1種の第1のポリウレタン20〜80質量部、好ましくは40〜70質量部、
(b)ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有さない、少なくとも1種の第2のポリウレタン10〜70質量部、好ましくは20〜50質量部及び
(c)ポリウレタンとは異なるさらに別のポリマー、例えばポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ポリアクリレートコポリマー分散液又はスチレン−ブタジエン−分散液0〜60質量部、好ましくは0〜30質量部、例えば10〜30質量部を含有していてよい。
a)ジイソシアネート、
b)500より大きい〜5000g/モルの分子量を有するポリエステルジオール、
c)カルボン酸基を有するジオール、及び
d)任意に、a)〜c)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシ基、第1級アミノ基、第2級アミノ基及びイソシアネート基から選択される反応性基を有する、さらに別の1価化合物又は多価化合物から合成されている。
a)ジイソシアネート、
b)240〜5000g/モルの分子量を有するポリエーテルジオール、
c)カルボン酸基を有するジオール、及び
d)任意に、a)〜c)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシ基、第1級アミノ基、第2級アミノ基及びイソシアネート基から選択される反応性基を有する、さらに別の1価化合物又は多価化合物から合成されている。
H2N−R4−NH−R5−X (c2)
[式中、R4及びR5は、互いに無関係に、C1〜C6−アルカンジイル単位、有利にはエチレンであり、かつ、XはCOOH又はSO3Hである]に従う。式(c2)の特に有利な化合物は、N−(2−アミノエチル)−2−アミノエタンカルボン酸ならびにN−(2−アミノエチル)−2−アミノエタンスルホン酸もしくは相応するアルカリ金属塩であり、ここで、Naが対イオンとして特に有利である。さらに特に有利なのは、例えばDE−B1954090に記載されているような、上記脂肪族のジ第1級ジアミンの2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸への付加物である。
A イソシアネート基のモル量と
B ヒドロキシル基のモル量及びイソシアネートと付加反応において反応しうる官能基のモル量の合計
の比A:Bが、0.5:1〜2:1、有利には0.8:1〜1.5、特に有利には0.9:1〜1.2:1になるように選択される。極めて有利には、比A:Bは、できる限り1:1に近い。使用されるモノマーは、平均して、通常1.5〜2.5個、有利には1.9〜2.1個、特に有利には2.0個のイソシアネート基もしくはイソシアネートと付加反応において反応しうる官能基を有する。
a)上で記載した本発明による第1の接着剤成分と上で記載した本発明による第2の接着剤成分、フィルム及び基材として個々の家具又は個々の家具の一部を用立てし、
b)接着剤成分を混合し、そしてフィルム及び/又は基材に適用し、かつ
c)引き続きフィルムを、加圧及び/又は温度上昇下で基材と接着する。
全てのパーセント値は、他に記載がない場合、質量値である。含有率の値は、水溶液又は分散液中での含有率に関する。粘度の測定は、DIN EN ISO 3219に従って、23℃の温度で、回転粘度計を用いて行ってよい。
シラン1:Geniosil(R)GF 80として入手可能な3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(Wacker−Chemie GmbH)
シラン2:Geniosil(R)GF 82として入手可能な3−グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン(Wacker−Chemie GmbH)
他の架橋剤(比較のために):
Basonat(R)F 200 WD、BASF SEより水性分散液の架橋用に市場に出されている、自己乳化性イソシアネート。
Luphen(R)D 200 A:
BASF SEより工業積層用に市場に出されている、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有するポリウレタンの水性分散液。
分子量Mn約2000を有するポリ(テトラヒドロフラン)、ジメチロールプロピオン酸、イソホロンジイソシアネート及びイソホロンジアミンから製造され、トリエチルアミンで中和されたポリウレタンの分散液;固形分50質量%、K値40、粘度68mPas、pH6.8。
分子量Mn約2000を有するポリ(プロピレンオキシド)、ジメチロールプロピオン酸、ネオペンチルグリコール、トリレンジイソシアネートから製造され、NaOHで中和されたポリウレタンの分散液;固形分40量%、K値47、粘度167mPas、pH7.6。
ポリウレタン100質量部につき、架橋剤(固体、水、溶剤を含まない)12.5質量部を、ポリウレタン分散液中に攪拌導入した。
接着剤(固体)38〜40g/m2を、家具成形部材の製造のために用いられるような3次元表面を有する繊維成形部材上に噴霧し、そして乾燥した。市販の真空深絞りプレス(Buerkle社 熱成形機)において、硬質PVC家具フィルム(Roxan社 5371744タイプのタウヌスブナ(Taunus beech)を積層した。積層は、121℃の熱板温度、及び4.5barの圧力で行った;圧力は45秒間維持した。真空時間は約6秒であった。得られた成形部材は、縁までフィルムで積層されている。
硬質PVC家具フィルム(Roxan社 5371744タイプのタウヌスブナに、1mmのワイヤドクターを用いて、試験されるべき接着剤をコーティングし、そして室温(20℃)で1〜2時間乾燥した。手で触った感覚により、コーティングされたフィルムが室温(20℃)で粘着性であるか否かを判断する。コーティングされたフィルムを、30秒間のあいだ、加熱型プレスにおいて0.40N/mm2の加圧下で第2の硬質PVCフィルム片(Roxan社 5371744タイプのタウヌスブナ)と種々の温度(35℃、40℃及び45℃)で圧縮成形する。そのようにして得られた試験体の接着力を、圧縮成形した1分後に試験し、そしてN/5cmで示す。
5cm幅の試験ストリップを製造する。試験は、標準雰囲気下にて、引張試験装置を用いて行う。所定の滞留時間の経過後に、試験ストリップを下端から真ん中まで引き離し、そして180℃の角度で上向きにする。今や端部に何も無い試験基材を、引張試験装置に固定し、そして試験ストリップを180℃の角度で300mm/分の装置速度で引き離す。測定し終わる毎に、試験基材を新しいものと交換する。少なくとも3回の単独測定を実施する。試験結果はN/5cm幅で示す。
Claims (17)
- フィルムコーティングされた家具を製造するための、第1の水性成分からと、第2の成分から成る接着剤の使用であって、
ここで、該第1の成分は、少なくとも1種の第1のポリウレタンと、該第1のポリウレタンとは異なる少なくとも1種の第2のポリウレタンを含有し、
ここで、該第1のポリウレタンは、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、該第2のポリウレタンは、ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、
ここで、双方のポリウレタンの少なくとも1種はカルボキシル基を有し、
ここで、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計対ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された全ての単位の合計の質量比は1:9〜9:1であり、かつ、
ここで、該第2の成分は、カルボキシル基に対して反応性の少なくとも1種のシラン化合物を含有する、該第1の水性成分からと、該第2の成分から成る接着剤の使用。 - 前記第1の成分が、
(a)ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有さない、少なくとも1種の第1のポリウレタン20〜80質量部、
(b)ポリエーテルジオールから誘導された単位を有し、かつ、ポリエステルジオールから誘導された単位を有さない、少なくとも1種の第2のポリウレタン10〜70質量部及び
(c)ポリウレタンとは異なるさらに別のポリマー0〜60質量部
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の使用。 - 前記第1のポリウレタンが、
a)ジイソシアネート、
b)500より大きい〜5000g/モルの分子量を有するポリエステルジオール、
c)カルボン酸基を有するジオール、及び
d)任意に、a)〜c)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシ基、第1級アミノ基、第2級アミノ基及びイソシアネート基から選択される反応性基を有する、さらに別の1価化合物又は多価化合物から合成されており、かつ、
前記第2のポリウレタンが、
a)ジイソシアネート、
b)240〜5000g/モルの分子量を有するポリエーテルジオール、
c)カルボン酸基を有するジオール、及び
d)任意に、a)〜c)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシ基、第1級アミノ基、第2級アミノ基及びイソシアネート基から選択される反応性基を有する、さらに別の1価化合物又は多価化合物から合成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載の使用。 - 前記ポリエーテルジオールが、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及びポリプロピレンオキシドから選択されており、かつ、前記ポリエステルジオールが、2価アルコールと2価カルボン酸との反応生成物及びラクトンベースのポリエステルジオールから選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー10〜30質量部が、ポリウレタンとは異なるポリマーとして含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記基R1〜R4の2個又は3個がアルコキシ基であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の使用。
- 前記シラン化合物が、それぞれC原子1〜5個をアルキル基中に及びアルコキシ基中に有するグリシドキシアルキルトリアルコキシシランであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- ポリウレタン100質量部につき、0.2質量部より多く、かつ、最大30質量部の前記シランを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1種のさらに別の添加剤を含有し、該添加剤が、さらに別の結合剤、安定化剤、充填剤、増粘剤、湿潤助剤、消泡剤、架橋剤、老化防止剤、殺菌剤、顔料、可溶性染料、艶消剤及び中和剤から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記ポリウレタンが水に分散されており、したがって、水性ポリウレタン分散液であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記第1のポリウレタンが、純粋な状態において結晶性であり、かつ、30〜150℃の範囲の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記第1の成分が、固形分を基準として、少なくとも40質量%がポリウレタンから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- フィルムコーティングされた家具又は家具部材の製造法であって、ここで、
a)請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の第1の接着剤成分と第2の接着剤成分、フィルム及び基材として個々の家具又は個々の家具の一部を用立てし、
b)該接着剤成分を混合し、そして該フィルム及び/又は該基材に適用し、かつ
c)引き続き該フィルムを、加圧及び/又は温度上昇下で該基材と接着する、
フィルムコーティングされた家具又は家具部材の製造法。 - フレキシブルなフィルムが、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の接着剤により接着されている個々の家具。
- フィルムコーティングされたMDF板を有することを特徴とする、請求項15記載の個々の家具。
- 熱活性化可能な接着剤の活性化温度を下げるための、ポリエーテジオールから誘導された単位を有するポリウレタンの使用。
