Abstract
Description
かかる改良のさらなる目的は、前記タンクのコストを実質的に増加させないことである。
−合板及び/又は複合材で構成された、第1の密閉バリアを支持する第1の壁8、
−減衰材層(coat)11、及び、
−断熱層(coat of thermal insulation)6上に配置された、合板で構成された第2の壁9。
Claims (14)
- 二重ジャケットを備えた軸受構造(1)に組み込まれる密閉断熱タンクであって、
第1の密閉バリア(10)、及び、前記第1の密閉ベリア(10)上に配置された第2の密閉バリア(5)からなる2つの密閉バリアと、
前記軸受構造と一体で形成された1以上の断熱バリアと、
前記2つのジャケット壁の間に配置された減衰材層を有する減衰装置と、を含む、密閉断熱タンク。 - 前記断熱バリアが、第1のパネルを含む直方形の6面体の形態のモジュールを備え、前記第1のパネルが、例えば、合板で構成され、前記第1のパネルの上に第1の断熱層が配され、前記第1の断熱層の上に第2の断熱パネルに取り付けられた密閉バリアが配され、前記第2の断熱パネルの上には合板の第2のパネルを支持する第2の断熱層が配され、前記合板の第2のパネルの上にフェルール又は金属板で構成された前記第1の密閉バリアが配され、前記第1の密閉バリア(10)の下に減衰装置が配され、前記減衰装置には、2つの壁と、前記2つの壁の間に配置された減衰材層と、を含む第2のプレートが設けられている、請求項1に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記断熱バリアが、第1のパネルを含む直方形の6面体の形態のモジュールを備え、前記第1のパネルが、合板で構成され、前記第1のパネルの上に第1の断熱層が配され、前記第1の断熱層の上に、合板などで構成された第2のパネルを支持する第2の断熱層が配され、前記第2のパネルの上にフェルール又は金属板で構成された前記第1の密閉バリアが配され、かつ、前記第2の密閉ベリア(5)の下に減衰装置が配されている、請求項1に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記断熱バリアが、第1のパネルを含む直方形の6面体の形態のモジュールを備え、前記第1のパネルが、合板で構成され、前記第1のパネルの上に第1の断熱層が配され、前記第1の断熱層の上に、合板の第2のパネルを支持する第2の断熱層が配され、前記第2のパネルの上にフェルール又は金属板で構成された第1の密閉バリアが配され、かつ、前記第2の密閉ベリア(5)と第2の断熱層(6)との間に減衰装置が配されている、請求項1に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記断熱バリアが、第1のパネルを含む直方形の6面体の形態のモジュールを備え、前記第1のパネルが、合板で構成され、前記第1のパネルの上に第1の断熱層が配され、前記第1の断熱層の上に、合板の第2のパネルを支持する第2の断熱層が配され、前記第2のパネルの上にフェルール又は金属板で構成された第1の密閉バリアが配され、かつ、前記第1のパネル(3)と第1の断熱層(4)との間に減衰装置が配されている、請求項1に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記第1の壁(8、8’)と前記第2の壁(9、9’)との間に、減衰材層(11、11’)を貫通するくぼみ偏向手段が設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記くぼみ偏向手段が、前記壁(8、8’)及び(9、9’)内にそれぞれ設けられた孔(12a)及び(12b)内に挿入されてT字を形成し、前記T字の垂直方向のバーの自由端同士が向かい合うように配置され、かつ、それによって得られた空間においてH字形状のバー(13)が配置されている、請求項6に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記くぼみ偏向手段が、前記第1の壁(8、8’)及び第2の断熱層(6)内にそれぞれ設けられた孔(12a)及び(12b)内に挿入されてT字を形成し、前記T字の垂直方向のバーの自由端同士が向かい合うように配置され、かつ、それによって得られた空間においてH字形状のバー(13)が配置されている、請求項7に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記複数の第1の壁(8、8’)間の接合部が、前記複数の第2の壁(9、9’)の接合部に対してオフセットされている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記第1の壁(8、8’)間の接合部が、イギリスの寄木張り(English parquet floor)のストリップ間に見られるものと同じである、請求項9に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記第2の壁(9、9’)の弾性率が、従来の材料の弾性率よりも10%以上小さい、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記2つの壁(8、8’)及び(9、9’)が、9mm〜21mmの厚さを有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記2つの壁(8、8’)及び(9、9’)が、モミ合板又は複合材で構成されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
- 前記第1のパネル(3)が、前記軸受構造の壁に取り付けられ、かつ、前記第1のパネル(3)と前記軸受構造の壁との間に−25℃で最大500MPAの弾性率、及び、25℃で約150MPaの弾性率を有するマスチック・コードが介在されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の密閉断熱タンク。
