Abstract
Description
但し、このような場合、耐摩耗性の増加と共に脆性及び硬度が増加する結果をもたらすが、本発明に係るシール製造用合金鋳鉄はオーステナイト安定化のためのニッケル(Ni)と、マルテンサイトおよび炭化物の過剰形成を抑制するためのモリブデン(Mo)とを追加装入することにより、硬度の過剰な増加が抑制して、割れを防止することができる。
Claims (5)
- 炭素3.8〜4.2質量%、ニッケル3.3〜4.7質量%、モリブデン2〜5質量%、ケイ素1.2〜2.0質量%、クロム16〜18質量%、マンガン0.8〜1.5質量%、及び残部の鉄を含むことを特徴とするシール。
- 前記シールのミクロ組織は、オーステナイト10〜20%、マルテンサイト25〜35%、及び炭化物50〜60%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール。
- シール製造用合金鋳鉄を溶解する溶解段階と、
前記溶解された合金鋳鉄を回転鋳型に注入する注入段階と、
前記回転鋳型の回転によりシールを形成する段階と、
前記シールを前記回転鋳型から分離し、前記シールを熱処理する熱処理段階と、
を含み、
前記合金鋳鉄が、炭素3.8〜4.2質量%、ニッケル3.3〜4.7質量%、モリブデン2〜5質量%、ケイ素1.2〜2.0質量%、クロム16〜18質量%、マンガン0.8〜1.5質量%、及び残部の鉄と溶解時に発生する不回避な不純物を含むことを特徴とするシール製造方法。 - 熱処理された前記シールの表面粗度を均一にする研削段階及びラッピング段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシール製造方法。
- 炭素3.8〜4.2質量%、ニッケル3.3〜4.7質量%、モリブデン2〜5質量%、ケイ素1.2〜2.0質量%、クロム16〜18質量%、マンガン0.8〜1.5質量%、及び残部の鉄を含むことを特徴とするシール製造用合金鋳鉄。
