Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- ハンドヘルド装置(102)用の装置(100)であって、
前記ハンドヘルド装置(102)に取り付けられた場合に前記ハンドヘルド装置(102)の少なくとも一部を包み込むように構成された選択的に着脱可能な保護シュラウド(104)と、
前記保護シュラウド(104)と統合され、前記ハンドヘルド装置(102)との選択的なワイヤレス通信を円滑化するように構成されたワイヤレストランシーバ(108)と、
前記保護シュラウド(104)に電力を供給するように構成された電源(114)と
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記保護シュラウドと統合され、ユーザ入力を受け取るように構成された入力コンポーネントであって、前記入力コンポーネントは、前記受け取ったユーザ入力を前記ワイヤレストランシーバに送信するように構成される、入力コンポーネントを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記入力コンポーネントは、英数字キーパッドを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記入力コンポーネントは、1つまたは複数のタッチセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記入力コンポーネントは、ユーザがプログラム可能な1つまたは複数の部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、前記保護シュラウドと統合されたバッテリであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バッテリは、前記電源を前記ハンドヘルド装置に動作可能に結合する電気的に動作可能な接触点を介して電力を前記ハンドヘルド装置に供給するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、前記ハンドヘルド装置と統合されたバッテリであり、電力が、前記ハンドヘルド装置を前記ワイヤレストランシーバに動作可能に結合する電気的に動作可能な接触点を介して送られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記保護シュラウドと統合されたサウンドトランシーバであって、以下のうちの少なくとも1つを、すなわち、
前記サウンドトランシーバによって受信された前記ワイヤレストランシーバからの放出信号に基づいて音波を放出することであって、前記ワイヤレストランシーバは、前記放出信号を前記ハンドヘルド装置から受信する、音波を放出するステップと、
音波を検出することであって、前記サウンドトランシーバは、前記検出された音波に関連する検出信号を前記ワイヤレストランシーバに送信するように構成され、前記ワイヤレストランシーバは、前記検出信号を前記ハンドヘルド装置に送信する、音波を検出するステップと
を実行するように構成されたサウンドトランシーバを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記保護シュラウドと統合され、前記ワイヤレストランシーバによって受信されたワイヤレス通信に関連するデータを保存するように構成された記憶装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ユーザ入力を受け取るための装置(100)であって、
ハンドヘルド装置(102)に取り付けられた場合に前記ハンドヘルド装置(102)の少なくとも一部を包み込むように構成された選択的に着脱可能な保護シュラウド(104)と、
前記保護シュラウド(104)と統合され、ユーザ入力を受け取るように構成された入力コンポーネント(106)であって、前記入力コンポーネント(106)は、前記受け取ったユーザ入力に基づいて入力信号を生成するように構成され、前記入力信号は、前記ハンドヘルド装置(102)に送信される、入力コンポーネント(106)と、
前記保護シュラウド(104)と統合され、前記保護シュラウド(104)に電力を供給するように構成された電源(114)と
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記保護シュラウドと統合され、前記入力信号を前記入力コンポーネントから前記ハンドヘルド装置に送信するように構成されたワイヤレストランシーバを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記入力コンポーネントは、前記ハンドヘルド装置を前記入力コンポーネントに動作可能に結合する電気的に動作可能な接触点を介して前記入力信号を前記ハンドヘルド装置に送信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記入力コンポーネントは、データを前記ハンドヘルド装置に送信しない場合、データを選択的に第2の装置に送信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の装置は、ハンドヘルド装置を含まないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
