Description
Claims (20)
- 双方向に係合可能なクリンプ特徴を持つカニューレであって、
外径を持つカニューレと、
このカニューレの外径よりもさらに大きい最大外径を有するクリンプ特徴と
を具え、このクリンプ特徴はクリンプ特徴捕縛機構と双方向に係合可能であることを特徴とするカニューレ。 - 前記クリンプ特徴がノッチを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記ノッチが前記カニューレの外径を横切って延在する接触面を具えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記接触面がおよそ25度からおよそ105度までの間の角度で前記カニューレの長手方向軸線から離れて延在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記接触面がカニューレの長手方向軸線に対してほぼ直角に延在することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記接触面は前記捕縛機構内を削がないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記ノッチが前記カニューレの斜面とほぼ同じ方向に面していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記ノッチは、クリンプ/ノッチ−ノッチ付きクリンプと、ノッチ/クリンプ−ノッチ付きクリンプと、部分的ノッチ/クリンプ−ノッチ付きクリンプとを具えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカニューレ。
- 前記クリンプ特徴の末端は、前記カニューレの外径を横切って延在する接触面を持った複数のノッチを具えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカニューレ。
- 双方向針特徴捕縛機構を有するカテーテルアセンブリーと、
外径を有する皮下注射針と、
クリンプ特徴と
を具え、このクリンプ特徴は、
カテーテルはさらに前記針の外径を横切って延在する基端面を持った基端と、
前記針の外径を横切って延在する接触面を持ったノッチを有する末端と
を具えていることを特徴とするカテーテルアセンブリー。 - 前記接触面がおよそ85度から95度までの間の角度で前記針の長手方向軸線から離れて延在することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記捕縛機構は、前記クリンプ特徴の基端面と係合する基端係合部材と、前記クリンプ特徴の接触面と係合する末端係合部材とを具えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記基端係合部材が硬質の座金を具えると共に前記末端係合部材が付勢構造体を具えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリー。
- 皮下注射針を作るための方法であって、
外径を持つ皮下注射針を用意することと、
前記針にクリンプ特徴を形成することと
を具え、このクリンプ特徴は、前記針の外径よりも大きな最大外径を有し、当該クリンプ特徴は捕縛機構内で双方向に係合可能であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記クリンプ特徴の末端が前記針の外径を横切って延在する接触面を持ったノッチを具えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記接触面がおよそ85度からおよそ95度までの間の角度にて前記針の長手方向軸線から離れて延在していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記クリンプ特徴の横方向最端縁が前記接触面の横方向最端縁を横切って延在していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ノッチが前記クリンプ特徴の前に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記クリンプ特徴が前記ノッチの前に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ノッチが前記クリンプ特徴の前に形成される部分的なノッチを具えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
