Description
Claims (34)
- 先端部、基端部、並びに先端部および基端部を接続するルーメンを有する長尺状コア部材と、該ルーメンは、縫合糸を受容する寸法に形成されることと、1つ以上の層がコア部材の周囲に少なくとも部分的に位置されることと、該コア部材は、ゼラチン発泡体を含むことと、該1つ以上の層は、ヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含むことと、更に、プラグは径方向に部分的に圧縮されることとを特徴とする動脈切開術の閉鎖用の合成プラグ。
- プラグの一部が取り払われた1つ以上の領域を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成プラグ。
- プラグの一部が取り払われた1つ以上の領域は、切り欠きの形態にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の合成プラグ。
- プラグの一部が取り払われた1つ以上の領域は、溝の形態にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記コア部材は1つ以上のスリットを包含することによって変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記1つ以上の層は連続的であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記1つ以上の層は不連続であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記コア部材を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、且つ先端部および基端部を有する外側部材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材はゼラチン発泡体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材は縫合糸を受容する寸法に形成されるルーメンを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材のルーメンはコア部材のルーメンと軸方向に並べられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材はコア部材に対して基端側に延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記コア部材は外側部材に対して先端側に延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材の先端部、および外側部材に対して先端側に延びるコア部材の部分は、ほぼ同じ断面を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記コア部材の周囲に位置された1つ以上の層は、コア部材と外側部材の間に少なくとも部分的に位置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記コア部材の周囲に位置された1つ以上の層の少なくとも一部は、外側部材によって覆われていないことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材はヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む1つ以上の層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材の1つ以上の層は連続的であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材の1つ以上の層は不連続であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の合成プラグ。
- 前記外側部材は、ヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合成プラグ。

- 所望のコア部材より大きなゼラチン発泡体半加工品を提供する工程と、
所望のコア部材より大きなゼラチン発泡体半加工品から先端部および基端部を有するコア部材を形成すべく過剰なゼラチン発泡体を取り払う工程と、
縫合糸を受容する寸法に形成され、且つ該コア部材の先端部および基端部を接続するルーメンを設ける工程と、
プラグの周囲に位置され、且つヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む少なくとも1つの層を設ける工程と、
該コア部材から先端側および基端側に延びるルーメン内に縫合糸を設ける工程と、
径方向にプラグを部分的に圧縮する工程とを含むことを特徴とする動脈切開術の閉鎖用の合成プラグを製造する方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの層はコア部材の周囲に位置されることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記コア部材は、ヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 所望の外側部材より大きなゼラチン発泡体半加工品を提供する工程と、
所望の外側部材より大きなゼラチン発泡体半加工品から先端部および基端部を有する外側部材を形成すべく過剰な発泡体を取り払う工程と、
縫合糸を受容する寸法に形成され、且つ外側部材の先端部および基端部を接続するルーメンを設ける工程と、
外側部材内に、コア部材の少なくとも一部を受容する寸法に形成されるルーメンを設ける工程と、
コア部材に隣接し、且つヒドロゲル、止血材料、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む少なくとも1つの層を設ける工程と、
外側部材のルーメン内のコア部材の少なくとも一部を位置決めする工程と、
外側部材から先端側および基端側に延びるべくコア部材から先端側および基端側に延びる縫合糸を位置決めする工程とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。 - 前記外側部材のルーメン内のコア部材の少なくとも一部の位置決めに先だってコア部材の少なくとも一部を圧縮する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記プラグの外側表面に少なくとも1つの切り欠きを設ける工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記プラグの外側表面に少なくとも1つの溝を設ける工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記プラグの外側表面に少なくとも1つの螺旋形の溝を設ける工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の方法。
- 流体に対するプラグの浸透性を変更すべくプラグの少なくとも一部を機械的に変形する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
