Claims (9)
- SAWフィルタにおいて、
電気的に互いに配線された少なくとも4つのDMSトラックを有しており、
それぞれ2つのDMSトラックは部分フィルタに対して逆平行に配線されており、
逆平行に配線された前記2つのDMSトラックはそれぞれ2つの共振周波数を有しており、
前記共振周波数はトラックごとに部分フィルタ内部で相互にオフセットされ、それによって共同で通過帯域にわたって広がるようになっており、そのために第1のトラックの低いほうの周波数に位置する共振は同じ周波数で、第2のトラックの高いほうの周波数に位置する共振と同相であり、
両方の部分フィルタの通過帯域は相互にオフセットされるとともに、2チャネルフィルタの両方のチャネルのそれぞれ一方を含んでおり、
両方の部分フィルタにおける副モードと主モードの間の間隔は、通過帯域の所与のオフセットで、一方の部分フィルタの副モードがそれぞれ他方の部分フィルタの主共振に対して同相にそれぞれ配置されるように調整されている、フィルタ。 - 前記DMSトラックは結合定数が低い共通の基板の上に構成されており、特に水晶の上に構成されている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 一方の通過帯域の帯域幅は両方の通過帯域の帯域間隔と等しいオーダーである、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ。
- 両方の前記チャネルは狭帯域で構成されるとともに等しい周波数帯域を分け合っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 各々のDMSトラックの入力部と出力部は少なくともそれぞれ1つの異なるインターディジタル変換器と配線されており、少なくとも2つのインターディジタル変換器が2つのリフレクタの間に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記DMSトラックでは音響的に通過性のリフレクタが両方のインターディジタル変換器の間に配置されている、請求項5に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のチャネルの中心周波数は313.85MHzであり、第2のチャネルの中心周波数は315.0MHzである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 両方のチャネルの各々の相対的なチャネル幅は0.1から0.25%である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- リモートキーレスエントリ(RKE)システムや無線で照会可能なタイヤ空気圧管理システム(TPMS)で同時に受信をするための無線受信機に組み込まれている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
