Abstract
Description
Yは、−CH=CH2又は−CH2CH2Zを表すが、ここでZは、アルカリ脱離可能な基であり;
Mは、水素、アンモニウム、アルカリ金属又は等価のアルカリ土類金属を表し;
そして、HalはCl又はFを表す。]
a)式(3)の化合物を式(5)の化合物と反応させて式(6)の化合物を形成させ、
c)式(7)の化合物を式(4)の化合物と反応させて、本発明の式(1)の化合物を形成させる。
a)式(2)の化合物をジアゾ化させ、式(3)の化合物にカップリングさせて、式(8)の化合物を形成させる工程;
c)化合物(7)を式(4)の化合物と反応させて、式(1)の化合物を形成させる工程。
a)湿潤剤存在下で、19部のシアヌル酸塩化物を、200部の水又は100部の氷の中に懸濁させる。32部の2−アミノ−5−ヒドロキシ−ナフタレン−1,7−ジスルホン酸を添加し、次いで5〜10℃で約3〜4時間撹拌して、反応を完結させる。その反応の間、20%水酸化ナトリウム溶液を使用してそのpHをpH1.5に維持する。
b)まず、35部の4−アミノアゾベンゼン−3,4’−ジスルホン酸を15℃で300部の水の中に仕込む。23容積部の31%塩酸を加えてから、20.5容積部の5N亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を使用して、急速な(expeditious)ジアゾ化を実施する。反応が終了したら、過剰の亜硝酸塩を除去する。
c)b)に従って調製したジアゾ化合物を、a)に従って得られた反応混合物に添加するが、その間は、15%炭酸ナトリウム溶液を用いてpHを4.5〜5の間に維持する。
d)c)で得られた反応混合物に、数回に分けて、31部の式(4a)の化合物を添加するが、
a)実施例1a)と同様にして得た反応混合物に、数回に分けて、28部の式(4a)の化合物を添加するが、その間、15%炭酸ナトリウム溶液を用いてpHを4〜4.5に維持する。温度を30℃にまで上げる。その混合物を撹拌して、反応を終了させる。
b)実施例1b)に従って調製したジアゾ化合物を、a)に従って得られた化合物に添加するが、その間、15%炭酸ナトリウム溶液を用いてpHを4.5〜5に維持する。そのカップリング反応が終了したら、pHを上げて5.5とする。塩化ナトリウムを用いた塩析によって、本発明による式(Ia)の染料を単離する。
a)最初に、34.4部の式(8a)の化合物(遊離の酸の形態)を、
2部の実施例1により得られた染料と50部の塩化ナトリウムとを999部の水に溶解させ、さらに5部の炭酸ナトリウム、0.7部の水酸化ナトリウム(32.5%水溶液の形態)、そして必要があれば1部の湿潤剤を添加する。この染浴に100gの綿織布を加える。染浴の温度は、まず10分間25℃に維持し、次いで30分かけて最終温度(40〜80℃)まで上げ、さらに60〜90分間その最終温度に維持する。その後、その染色した布を最初に水道水で2分間水洗してから、脱イオン水で5分間水洗する。その染色した布を、50%酢酸を1部含む水溶液1000部中に40℃で10分間入れて中和する。再び脱イオン水を用いて70℃で水洗してから、沸騰状態で洗濯用洗剤を用いて15分間石けん洗いをし、もう1度水洗してから乾燥させると、非常に良好な堅牢性を有する赤色の染色が得られる。
4部の実施例1により得られた染料と50部の塩化ナトリウムとを998部の水に溶解させ、さらに5部の炭酸ナトリウム、2部の水酸化ナトリウム(32.5%水溶液の形態)、そして必要があれば1部の湿潤剤を添加する。この染浴に100gの綿織布を加える。その他の処理は使用実施例4に記したのと同様に実施すると、高い色強度と非常に良好な堅牢性を有する赤色の染色が得られる。
シルケット綿からなる織布を、35g/Lの無水炭酸ナトリウム、100g/Lの尿素又は150g/Lの低粘度のアルギン酸ナトリウム溶液(6%)を含む液でパジングし、次いで乾燥させる。湿時ピックアップは70%である。このようにして前処理した織物を、以下のものを含む水性インキを用いて捺染するが、

ドロップ・オン・デマンド(バブルジェット)インクジェット印刷ヘッドを使用する。捺染物は完全に乾燥させる。飽和スチームの手段を用い102℃で8分間の加熱により固着させる。その捺染物を次いで温水洗いをし、95℃の熱水で堅牢洗い(fastness wash)にかけ、温水洗いをし、乾燥させる。得られるのは赤色の捺染物で、優れた使用堅牢性を有している。
シルケット綿からなる織布を、35g/Lの無水炭酸ナトリウム、50g/Lの尿素又は150g/Lの低粘度のアルギン酸ナトリウム溶液(6%)を含む液でパジングし、次いで乾燥させる。湿時ピックアップは70%である。このようにして前処理した織物を、以下のものを含む水性インキを用いて捺染するが、

式(1a)の染料、及び国際公開第2007/006653A2号パンフレットの実施例1に従った遊離の酸の形態にある式(a)の染料を用いて綿トリコットに標準の色濃度で染色することによって、綿に接触している布の汚染を下記の条件下で求めた。

Claims (10)
- Yが、−CH=CH2、β−クロロエチル、又はβ−スルファトエチルを表す、請求項1に記載のアゾ染料。
- Mが、水素、リチウム、又はナトリウムを表す、請求項1又は2に記載のアゾ染料。
- HalがClを表す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアゾ染料。
- HalがFを表す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアゾ染料。
- ヒドロキシル基又は/又はカルボキサミド基を含む材料を染色又は捺染するための、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアゾ染料の使用。
- ヒドロキシル基又は/又はカルボキサミド基を含む材料を染色又は捺染するためのプロセスであって、溶解させた形態にある1種又は複数種の染料を前記材料に染着させる工程、又は加熱の手段によるか、又はアルカリ性薬剤を用いるか、又はそれら両方の手段によって、前記1種又は複数種の染料を前記材料に固着させる工程を含み、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアゾ染料を使用することを含む、プロセス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアゾ染料を含む、インクジェットプロセスによりデジタル織物捺染をするためのインキ。
