３ 前記予備濾過層が帯電した不織布を含む、前記１に記載の濾材。
４ 前記帯電した不織布が、メルトブローンウェブである、前記３に記載の濾材。
５ 前記帯電したメルトブローンウェブが少なくとも約３０ｇ／ｍ 2 の坪量を有する、前記４に記載の濾材。
６ 前記１に記載の濾材を含むフィルタ。

Claims (3)

  1. 膜およびこの膜と流体接触状態にある上流側の深層濾過層を含む、空気またはその他の気体から微粒子を濾過するための濾材において、前記深層濾過層がナノウェブ層および前記ナノウェブ層の上流側にありそれと流体連通状態にある予備濾過層を含んでいる、濾材。
  2. 前記ナノウェブが少なくとも約２ｇ／ｍ2の坪量を有する、請求項１に記載の濾材。
  3. 請求項１に記載の濾材を含むフィルタ。
