Claims (3)
- 膜およびこの膜と流体接触状態にある上流側の深層濾過層を含む、空気またはその他の気体から微粒子を濾過するための濾材において、前記深層濾過層がナノウェブ層および前記ナノウェブ層の上流側にありそれと流体連通状態にある予備濾過層を含んでいる、濾材。
- 前記ナノウェブが少なくとも約2g/m2の坪量を有する、請求項1に記載の濾材。
- 請求項1に記載の濾材を含むフィルタ。
